T&M supplied me, once again, with absolutely awesome sliced cooked meat with gravy for 90plus people.

First time visiting, mostly because I got on the wrong bus. So, a fortuitous mistake.
Not as big as some Independent Butchers, they more than make up for in Quality.
I bought my Sausages and Honey Soy Chicken Wings off a young gent named Dylan. He was Professional and had a good, Sincere smile.
The price was quite reasonable, so iff you are in Carine. Pop in and have a look.

Second time I’ve bought arancini at $2.95 a ball from the shop. Some might enjoy the surprise of truffle and mushroom, but not me, first time I didn’t mention it, but another $10 put into their coffers and another surprise… three of the 10 full of mushroom. Will return them tomorrow.

If you appreciate first class fresh quality meat this place is a one stop shop. Great variety of marinated meats for convenience and the service matches the product, well presented. I always leave getting exactly what I have paid for and the added convenience of having the veggie shop, continental deli, IGA and bakery all at arms reach makes shopping here effortless.

I have been meaning to post this review for along while now.almost a year back, I catered my home birthday party with the roast lamb, beef and vegetables from the deli as well as the Italian chicken schnitzel from the deli. The quality of the food was exceptional and the home delivery service was outstanding, making my preparation of the day much easier. I also regularly shop at the butcher and love the range of grass-fed meat, the friendly and prompt service and the fact that I can bring along my own containers and cut out the packaging. Well done to the Torre & Mordini team!

Absolutely delicious butcher and deli. The quality of the meats here is spot on. I buy steak often, cooked meals often and this Christmas was a leg of the most beautiful lamb and a fantastic ham. All good value and very well received by our extended family.

Have to agree that the continental roll in the review below looks sad but I haven't experienced this and one star, whilst acknowledging that the meat is great, seems off.

Then, imagine claiming a staff member is dyslexic because they put stuffing on the outside of a chicken? All whilst using poor grammar. Good work. If it was truly made that way, wouldn't you remove the stuffing before cooking?

The family has been a local for the past ten years and never fails to disappoint. The staff are always friendly and bright which results in a very laid back and enjoyable experience. Real quality food and top notch customer service

Had a lovely scotch fillet Saturday night and can easily say it was the best I've ever had! I'd recommend Torre Mordini again and again:)

The Pies here are next level.
Treated my self to a Steak and Guinness delight recently and it did not disappoint.
I cannot ever fault the staff here either, epic service everytime.
Bring your celtic phrasebook for the Irish butcher too, he loves a good yarn if you can follow along.

So food is great, service generally is too. But in this day and age how they can have a minimum eftpos limit is crazy. There is a $5 min at the deli and $10 min at the butcher and you can't pay for items from different areas together (despite being same owner). Just annoying.

The staff are friendly and professional, a wide variety of pre marinated chicken varieties ready to take home and cook. Mediterranean Lamb ready to go in oven.yum. When we buy scotch fillet steak from here we are never disappointed. Try the new Greek sausages they were a hit at our BBQ on the weekend.

Lovely Butcher with great meats - But saddest continental roll i've ever eaten. These should be discontinued. Grated bag cheese, iceberg lettuce, only 2 meats. That is all you'll get. Whoever labels these "things" as continental rolls should be ashamed.
I could go on.

The owners and staff are all fantastic. The food is amazing, I buy my dinner there almost every night. What more could you want?

First class butcher that also provides good value - quite a feat. It's the only plave I ever buy anything fancier than a pack of Coles chicken breasts.

Another hidden surprise of Perth.
Large range of product and working in conjunction with the local butcher, seafood outlet it well worth a look it reminds me bit of Bunbury Farmers Market.
I love little surprised like this it give a reason to go out my door and try new things.

The Rolled Chicken with pinenuts was a huge disappoint on Boxing day due to one of their staff who must have been dyslexic and placed the stuffing on the outside of chicken and nothing in the middle. $40 down the drain. Chicken was a mess when cut. So who ever did the orders on 23 Dec, need to be sacked. Called shop to complain and all they said was sorry he said I bet it tasted nice which it didn't. How can chicken taste nice when cooked with 15 cm thick stuffing on the outside. Won't ever be going back again.

Love the Hot conti rolls! Had one yesterday that wasn’t Hot, but that didn’t really matter as they taste so good, had a chat with the lady today and she made sure this one was nice and spicy
Could go even hotter but that’s just my personal preference.

They sell a great range of organic and grass fed meat. Offer excellent service and exceptional products made fresh. Never an issue if I need something catered. Open 7 days and always offer service with a smile!

So disappointed that we can’t trust our local meat supplier any longer after 3 seperate cases and no response from management for my request for meetings. On Thursday my daughter was admitted into hospital after eating chicken that had nuts contaminated on the meat without any food labeling or advice. She had severe anaphylaxis after one taste requiring 2 ambulances to administer 2 epipens and 2 lots of adrenaline to bring her back in the worst case ever. From FB comments, there appears to be a complete lack of training in food cross contamination, also pictures showing meats with suspected nuts next to other meats. I will now report it to the Joondalup Health Department so no one else with allergies has to go through this terrible experiance.
