Our ranger had failed to start 3x in the last week, including this morning.

As we are about to embark on the Gibb, we drove around town to find someone to help.

Enter Luke at Top End Motors.

Sign on the door said bookings from Sep 15 onwards, it’s Aug 31.

Still, he took time from his day to look at our problem, diagnose that our battery in the bed was the issue. 1 hr later we were on the road.

Learned that Luke’s grandfather started the business and he is 3rd generation.

We booked a service while staying in Kununurra. Excellent professional service. They dropped us back to park & picked up when finished, very reasonable price. A lovely surprise too they washed car for us. Highly recommend this business. Thank you.

Called in last Wed to request 5 min job to check of ny Andersen plugs, plus insert properly my new wipertech w'screen wipers. Was told no chance until folliwin Thursday. Went 9ver to Bridgestone & lovely Tony did both asap, no charge. Hence, Top End Motors will never see ne again! They scored only 2 b'cos receptionist was apologetuc & polite.

Being a young solo female traveller it can sometimes be daunting seeing a mechanic - with so many mechanics willing to take advantage of the situation. I cannot recommend top end enough: Luke took the time to listen to my situation, was honest and informative. The mechanic Johno who was servicing my van also took the time to show me underneath and explain the work required in an easy to explain manner.
Walked out of reception thinking my smile could not get any bigger only to find they had also washed and made my van smell like brand new!

Experiencing mechanical concerns so this morning presented to their workshop.
Luke listened to my issues, checked on our time frame and made room for us on Thursday amongst what is clearly a busy workshop
Very grateful for the extra mile that Luke extended in his customer service.

I turn up to town with vibrations through my steering wheel expecting the worst. I end up sleeping out the front of the workshop and Tom couldn't have been nicer. Even though he was flat out he still made time to check my car over and it ended up just being a tyre issue and a few things I could fix in Perth. He only charged me a carton and sent me to some good guys across the road for the tyres. Couldn't recommend this place enough if you need anything done in Kununurra.

Had to do an emergency vehicle inspection to get to Darwin and they were happy to find time same day to get the inspection done, great service.

Needed urgent weld repair to a drive tool. It was done in minutes and after offering to pay was surprised to be told " just have a safe trip ". Small business everywhere need our support and to not charge me was an eye opener. So only with with reluctance and gratitude did i leave. Great people please support them.

Luke and his team were very helpful doing a service on my LC200. Extremely prompt and very reasonably price. I would thoroughly recommend and will be back again when up in Kununurra again

Exceptional customer service. Both rear wheel bearings failed (simultaneously) coming back from Purnululu. The legends at Top End Motors had our back and got us back on the road asap.

Very professional, super helpful and was happy to explain further the issue with my commodore.

Luke was the amazing! I turned up unannounced with a problem with my car after taking on ElQuestro Gorge. He was very busy but managed to sort my car so that I could get back on the road to drop someone to a flight on time. Eternally grateful!

Thanks, Luke, for your excellent support when we had a warning light in our vehicle. Phones and internet were out but he still scanned the car and located the problem (no charge until it needed fixing which it didn’t) at 7am on a Monday morning.
I wish Ford Australia were as prompt and as kind as you. Luke even spotted my wife walking to his business and offered a lift.
When you are a long way from home, Top End Motors and Luke were a great support.

Had a caravan booked in for a rego check. Even phoned the day before to confirm time. Took it in to get it inspected and was told it wasnt booked in. Very poor service. Phoned and got it done elsewhere. Would not recommend this business at all.
