Excellent service and delicious food. One person at our table wasn't happy with their meal, and staff organised a replacement with no fuss. Third visit and never had a negative experience

The best customer service I've ever experienced!
There was a mix up with our booking and when my wife and I arrived at Tony Roma's to celebrate her birthday, we found them closed for renovations. I contacted Tony Roma's to let them know that my wifes birthday had been ruined by this and they handled the situation incredibly well! We've just finished our meals after rebooking and we've both had an excellent time! The food was perfect and customer service was amazing. 5 starts!

Overpriced, put kids down back near unlocked fire door that alarms. Allocate children to different seating instead right next to it.

Try the chicken wings with spicy hot barbecue sauce and the bleu cheese dressing, you won't regret it
(although I do wish they would bring back the celery sticks instead of the salad that goes with it).

Still excellent to this day. I have always enjoyed visited Tony Romas. The range of drinks has changed since my last visit (about 1.5 years ago or more) which was a bit disappointing as I was not able to find some old stuff but it is still great.
The food range is still delicious and as usually for me the best part of experiencing dining at Tony is the selection of great, tasty, fun and amazing for occasions entrees. The potato filled with cheese and bacon, signature onion ring and shrimp cocktail were fantastic as usual. By the time we go through our main I admit we were pretty full and we had to takeaway our meal for the next day.

Restaurant was nicely presented but we went there as a family from an hour out of town and when we arrived we sat down to find that around a quarter of the menu and everything that we had come for had been removed from the menu. No Mac and cheese, no jalapeno poppers, no lamb short ribs, no steak panini. We left without eating. No fault of the franchise itself but just really very frustrating as nothing is mentioned online about it. Would have saved the drive in, paid parking and waste of time for everyone. Won't be going back unfortunately

Ive eaten here many times before although didn’t get a chance this time. Very disappointed. They advertised they were open till 9pm but got turned away starving at 8.30pm because they’d decided to close. Cheers

First service, the management team seem to take great care in selecting their staff, it is very important in my opinion that the first person to meet you at the door, meet you with a smile and able to make what ever it is you need, happen.

Second food very yummy indeed, I've had ribs everywhere in Perth this place near everyone hands down.

Third location, top end of Murray, so if your living and staying in Perth on business it's only a short walk.

Fourth great place to have a business lunch big booths great selection of drinks for all ages.

To eat my salade or offer any sauce to eat with my generous serving of fries. They need to look into that for the ultimate eating experience.

Had the ribs an kikkin prawns and fillet medalions. All served to perfection and great hospitality shown by the team Frederico, Kurt and Christian. What a meal, and the vibe was really electric - everyone was having a blast. Loved the Lava choc cake to finish off a 5 star meal!

They not only gave candle on choco fondant for my boyfriend's birthday, but also sang birthday song to him.

This place is a little pricy, but if you want the BEST SERVICE, BEST FOOD and BEST BIRTHDAY SONG SANG for you then I promise you it's worth every dollar?

Very disappointed lunch. Overall quality of experience has significantly diminished over the past two years. Menu is reduced and the traditional flavour has changed. Not impressed.

The Baby Back Ribs - they're famous for a reason! Yes, they're pricey but worth every single bite. If you can get through a full rack, you're doing incredibly well, especially as you might need someone to roll you out the door afterwards!

All hype no substance.

Better value and tastier burgers at Hungry Jacks and they are actually flame grilled.

Excellent service, delicious food! We ordered a wagyu steak, baby back ribs full rack (it's a must to order), and chicken pasta for the main dish. Delicious, cooked perfectly and the portion was fair for the price.
