Didn’t talk during 30 minutes even tho i tried to engaged some conversation. I got holes in my haircut, i ask him to not cut too much and he cut a lot
Anyway not a good experience

Excellent barber shop. Very thorough and clearly highly skilled barber. Chilled atmosphere. This is now my regular.

I walked in to get a haircut at Mirrorcool as it was advertised as a barber shop on Google search. When I walked in I sat down to wait for a haircut and had the barber just look at me with what felt like disdain as he was cutting someone's hair. You know that type you get at 'cool' coffee shops and cafes. I had to ask him whether he was doing haircuts even had to ask whether he did appointments only. He offered zero, Nada, nothing helpful at all, just plain rude. Just ignored me and I just walked out. I'm sure he'll have his own regular customers as he's in the golden triangle but could never recommend someone with such a poor attitude. Ciao baby

Went in just for a cleanup, told him I wanted the length on the top and back to stay the same all I need you to do is shave the sides and add some layers to the top. This man continues to cut off about 2 inches of length from the top and back of my head and do the complete opposite of what I said. I told him I had a photo reference and he just completely disregards that. I’ve never been done dirty this bad in my life, NEVER GOING BACK.

Went in first thing. Place was empty. Weedy looking guy asked me if I had an appointment. I said no, but I just wanted a 2 all over. A 10 minute job. He said that he was booked for the day and I would have to make an appointment. No attempt to attract a new customer or offer friendly service. Take your money elsewhere.

Popped in for a quick cut because they were empty. Was told I had to book by the website, despite no other customers in line there. Attempted to do so and there was no reception in the shop. The barber pompously said “maybe try somewhere else, kay bye”.

Swearing at a young kid when they didn’t have their head sat perfectly, also charged me $10 extra for a hair wash he didn’t say was going to cost anything.

I always get too precision at Mirrorcool! I’ve been coming to Joel now for a couple of years, every time he does an insane job.

Joel is a master with his clippers. Very detail orientated and you’ll end up with the best fade/haircut of your life. Do yourself a favour and don’t go elsewhere

Been coming to Joel for the last 2 years, and I always end up with a haircut better than the last. He's reasonably priced and extremely professional.

We went on Saturday and Joel was on his own. Despite this he did not hurry any cut and spent time ensuring the result was absolutely spot on. He is a perfectionist and is very much worth the short wait. I just hope he gets some more help!

Tom is the best barber full stop. Save up and travel half way across the country to get my hair cut regularly. But don't tell anyone or he will be so busy I will never be able to get in.
