The best barber in the area Blair Martin works here, provides the number 1 service in the nation, however this red hair woman is currently telling him off for ABSOLUTELY no reason. DISGRACEFUL behaviour from this lady.

First time in more than 20 years I’ve had someone other than my wife cut my hair. Man, What an experience! The joint has such a wicked atmosphere and I was lucky enough to get Sky, a tradesman of the highest quality. Thanks again guys

After recently coming back to Tommy guns, I have visited a lot more, after I had a haircut from John a couple of months ago. Honestly the best and most importantly: hands down the most consistent cut I've had in years!

He's a top guy. Very friendly and chatty, professional and gives a great service every time without fail.

Actually knows what they are doing. You can just tell they knew how to cut hair and was listening to what you were asking for. Had to get my haircut fixed here as it was ruined by another barber shop nearby. Best haircut I've had in a while (even though this was just a fix up job from the previous barber; I would imagine it would be even better if I just went to these guys first). Not only that, they gave me a discount because that was the second haircut that day. I will be a return customer, and I will be recommending this place to family and friends.

Tommy guns is an amazing place great environment and good jobs done every time but unfortunately had three hair cut there and all have been Shockley different prices 80 bucks for my school ball but yesterday had the very same actual even less done but got charged 92 bucks for a beard and heard trim. Used to love this place but they’ve show there true colour now disgraceful!

One of the best barbers I have been to.
- I could ring up and put myself on the cue list so I didn't have to wait for hours. Which is key for busy blokes
- The service and team were excellent, professional and welcoming.
- The lady Sam who cut my hair is an absolute legend the best hair cut and beard cut I have ever got.

Worth every cent.

Called up and booked an appointment for 5: 30. Rocked up and waited for over 20 mins and watched as they put 3 people in front of me that were after me on the list. They debated at the counter who they were going to do next and I felt like they were purposely avoiding me.appalling

Pretty average for the price. Dont have much pride in thier work which is pretty normal with the age of entitlement.

I have been going to TG Joondalup for some time now.it's an enjoyable experience from the easy to use App, courtesy call, to the cold drink and the friendly staff. I have been requesting Beth for a while now. She always provides a quality and relaxed service, good conversation and great advice on what products are best.

Beth has been looking after my haircuts and beard maintenance for some years now… ever since a home job during covid resulted in a very interesting outcome! Beth rescued the situation, she is exceptional at her job, is fun to talk to and I will not go to anyone else now… which means that we have to plan appointments very carefully, especially if she wants to go on holiday….
