Tom Price Tourist Park reviews
67Always good but hard to contact via phone and rarely answer messages left on answering machine
Super great accommodation, everything seems relatively new, large bedroom, shower, separate toilet and living area with kitchen. We were very positively surprised!
Won't stay anywhere that has a minimum nights policy.
This is Australia and I will determine how long I stay.
Friendly clean and has a pool. We decided to stay here and drive into karijini each day and it was the best idea. Lovely view of Mount nameless
Green cabin review:
Layout a bit odd - light bars reflecting make it nesr impossible to watch tele.
Fridge and freezer dirty.
Toilet had a frog in it.
Shower foul smelling.
Good:
Q well equipped for a cabin
Good air conditioning
Friendly check in staff
The cabins & toilets where clean, but the camp kitchen is very minimalistic, there's only 1 sink for the whole site, cleaning up can take you over an hour when waiting for others.
We were lucky to get in here for one night, to watch the AFL GF. Clean, reasonable Telstra reception and easy access to town to watch the big game.
There is improvements happening, new chalets. Otherwise, it's the only park available. It's not too bad.
It’s in a beautiful spot, the site looks busy installing ensuites and new chalets. The amenities block near the pool is new and modern, but the other block is badly in need of a refurbishment. A deep clean would help TBH. I’d definitely stay here again. 5 minutes from town.
Good site and great ablution blocks with best hot and strong showers. Very clean and quite modern, only 50km from Karajini so ideal to drive in-and-out
Disappointed with attitude and performance of one in office claiming we overstayed when it arranged at check in, administration needs a review, otherwise a great stay.
Great A Frame cottage style room.
Awesome staff including management.
Quiet atmosphere and good surroundings.
Nick and Jane were awesome! We accidentally booked a wrong date for the camp site at Karijini, so we literally have to drive out of the national park and find alternative accommodation at very last minute. But they were kind enough to take us in and gave us a space in the tourist park. Sincerely thankful! The park is well maintained, clean and modern, made first time camper like us feel very welcomed and convenient. Will definitely camp more and continuously support the local businesses!
Stayed last year on a powered site which was level on grassy dirt. Returned 2 days ago to use the showers for $5. Clean and stocked, modern, very hot and powerful showers! Toiletries caddy, bench and hooks for convenience.
Nick was friendly and welcoming on the phone and blonde lady who greeted me at the desk was friendly and helpful.
Beautiful backdrop with Mt Nameless which is almost twice the size of Uluru, just breathtaking!
Loved this place super clean, great beds heaps of hot water super friendly staff 2mins from town highly recommend this spot for a stay
Place is nice but faculties are average. Location is close to the town. Despite it having a mining feel, the views are beautiful and it’s very peaceful and quiet.
Really disappointed with the children facilities (or lack there of). There is a pool but on cold days, this isn’t really an option for really young children. The playground had two swings, two poles and a slide… one Swing was broken and one pole was missing, very uninviting. Given they are doing some upgrades to the place, would have thought they would priorities the playground as there is nothing much else to do for kids or toddlers. The cost to stay here is the same as other parks which have some beautiful facilities.
Great service in the office Lovely ladies.
Facilities a bit old but still serviceable and clean.
Sites roomy.
$55 site per night bit expensive. Amenities block is in dire need of renovation. And you can't use the laundry until Staff have finished doing the chalet washing until afternoon. Not good. Missed out on booking g tour
Good spot to base yourself to visit all the local attractions. Good views of Mount Nameless.
The distances to the canyons are big but you can't avoid it out here. Lots of space, a pool and clean amenities. And close to town for fuel and supplies.
Friendly staff but the price for a gas refill is extortionate! $25 for 2kg more than double I've paid anywhere else in rural Australia. Taking advantage of people because there are no other options in the area.
Stayed for couple nights over weekend absolutely disgusted rubbish every where rats and mice all over the place and rude cleaners that didn't wanna do there job will never return
