Finally a butcher shop in Perth that specialised in Japanese Wagyu!
Nice & helpful staff! Went there this morning to their soft opening (owned by Sumiya Gin), purchased an A5 Wagyu Platter. Looks and tastes absolutely divine! Will definitely go back for more!
