I love receiving my parcels from fedex. They are super fast. The only problem is delivery guys don’t abide by authority to leave instructions and sometimes fail to deliver because “my house is too far, or they had too much stuff to deliver so could not make it to my end or my neighbourhood is not safe by their estimation”! So now I pick up my delivery’s. Otherwise, much love.

I arrived home to find my parcel Which was delivered with FedEx it was opened and placed on the table. Outside my front door. You can clearly see the sign fragile sticker on it. I will post 2 photos the way I have found it.

Just got stung AGAIN by the gangsters at TNT / Fedex. Shipped two boxes weighing 34Kg by road. Charge was $111 which was a bit rich anyway. Fast forward 6 weeks and we get $77 extra charge for "heavy pick up- residential" The fact we are a home based business is just one of MANY excuses TNT Fedex use to sting you after the fact. Scoundrels with little regard for their reputation or ethics. We now go out of our way to ensure we RARELY EVER use TNT FEDEX. Their "quote" system is a farce.

I had a parcel for my business that must be picked up immediately. The parcel was scheduled to be delivered two days later. But I saw that it had arrived at the facility, so I went there and the staff member was very helpful. He asked me to wait and he went in to look for my parcel.

Second time in a row damaged parcel. Which they wont deliver or contact sender or receiver. They just leave it in the yard until you chase it up. Phone numbers are on the Con notes USE THEM. Or better yet send the items to the destination and let the customer decide if they are damaged or not.

If I could give them a zero star I would. I sent a package overseas. I was charged for 4 kg heavier than what I sent. I was charged $250 for a 0.7 kg package I sent to Asia. They make it so hard to get a refund that you end up giving up.

Did not attempt to deliver my package I was home waiting for it then they send me a message saying no one was available to take it no knock on the door or card left they don't actually try to take it to you it's a con they just have it at the centre and it never leaves there maybe so they can save on drivers lol you guys are just one step removed from an actual scam I cringe everytime I see something is coming to me via FedEx your complety unreliable and don't actually preform your service for which you are paid this has happened to me so often I'm going to make a complaint to the ACCC

Send parcel from India and they remover some stuff without Prior Notice in Perth and was clothing and sunglasses it's understood that food item but clothing and sunglasses should not be removed it's cost me Aud Amount $200 never recommend this service to anyone be careful with that.

Have been waiting for an express delivery for three days after it arrived at the Perth depot.

It arrived Friday 9th December - it is now Wednesday 14th December.

I get it that it is Christmas, but how hard can it be?

This part is affecting the plans of many customers, and costing the company I work for time and money.

Each enquiry is an update late in the afternoon. Can not get hold of any senior people to chase up either.

Simply not good enough for an express delivery, and very poor follow up and customer service.

I wouldn't be recommending TNT for anything express, and question their customer care.

I missed my parcel, called to get assistance and said they would re-deliver the next day. But 1 hour later TOM came back and said he had time to come past! He was so lovely and really made my day. Thank you so much Tom for your great customer service.

Delayed shipment despite paying top dollar for shipping and handling. Spent 2 weeks in the depot even though I paid for priority.

I was supposed to receive a delivery on thursday. Spent a day waiting at home, having taken of a day from work. Nothing came. Filed a complaint and have received no reaction thus far. Delivery came the next day, without any apology or explanation.

Courier driver made a poor attempt to deliver our parcel. Was home at the time. He called mobile, didn't leave a message to say who it was. When I finally got hold of him, he was only 5 minutes from our home but he refused to turn around and deliver it. Told me to call FedEx. 1 star is too good for such poor service

I wish, I have to provide 1 star but i don't want to give any start to this company. Package been sent from India to Australia but now local Welshpool sent it to USA (doen't make any sense). Australian custom cleared it and it's came to local Welshpool office, than they sent it to USA for what.customer support person inform company profile who sent this package might be suspicious or he was not clear about it. But it doesn't have to do anything with customer or goods. This is really a unacceptable excuse. No information has been provided to us, we were looking at parcel, it's been delivered in Australia from 6 days.

Easily the most incompetent of delivery companies. Unfortunately they were used on several occasions to deliver items ordered online. Each time my parcels would get a free day trip in the back of a delivery van and then returned to the Welshpool depot. This happens on at least three occasions until arrangements can be made for collection or delivery to an agent. Currently I have a parcel going through this process. They called to confirm my address and then attempted to deliver the parcel to a business address. They won’t call when you make an enquire either. They are truly pathetic and make Australia Post look good

Ordered express postage from USA, package got held up in Matraville for over 5 days, called customer service multiple times, spent over 5 hours trying to sort out what was happening with the package. Got told I didn't have to do anything by the first guy, the next guy told me they would contact me within a couple of hours to sort out the issue.never heard back from them. Absolutely useless, wouldn't recommend using fedex for anything

The tried to deliver when no one was home, when called to arrange a pickup, the said cannot allow pickup on same day. Have to wait until the next day and the store was still open for 3 more hours from closing time.

The collection point is ok. The on-road delivery service is shocking. Arranged for them to leave my parcel at the depot so I could collect it after I wasn't home the first time they tried to deliver, and they successfully managed to NOT do that twice. Seems it's pretty difficult to follow an instruction.
