All the staff were very helpful
Harley the service manager was very efficient and quickly found the electrical fault in the canopy after visiting numerous TJM stores from Qld, Nothern Territory and WA could not fix the problem permanently (quick fixes)
A big thanx to Steve for being so understanding on how much trouble we had and restoring our faith in TJM management
So glad we came to see TJM in Wangara as the staff actually care after making large purchases

At little disappointed, all pricing had been scribbled out. I don't want to bother asking a sales assistant for a price on everything I was looking at. I understand prices change. Surely using a ticket system like the supermarkets do. Then you can change the tickets as the prices change. The sales assistant, said it wasn't a problem. But I wasn't buying anything, I was just passing time, as my vehicle was being worked on up the street.

The team at TJM is amazing. My family and I are doing a lap of Australia and all of a sudden my compressor started playing up soon as we got to Jurien Bay. I came into the store to get some ideas what the issue is once we got to Perth. The team was quick to have a look and got me sorted really quickly.

I have far too much to say about this company. I have really been let down, stuffed around, ripped off and given poor advice.
If you're looking for 4x4 accessories, I would take your business elsewhere.
I can however say that the mechanical work that was done on my vehicle was done well.
Let down by the administration staff and customer service.

The customer service of this branch is impeccable! Brielle, together with her workshop manager and team, went above and beyond standard customer service when dealing with an issue with my Dmax. I am more than impressed with their professionalism and persistence in dealing with me and my issue. Highly recommended for anything 4WD!

Terrible customer service. Avoid them at all cost. If there was an option for NO stars i would put it!

Worst experience ever. Put the wrong springs on my car and rough as guts fkd my struts too I have now had to have new springs and struts! Complained and they did nothing even tried to rip me off! Don't take your 4wd here!

Absolutely appalling customer service. Total disregard for the customer. Avoid them at all cost. Had to give them 1 star as minus stars are not available.

Staff and showroom are great, I'm giving them 3 stars as I've been trying to call them for 3 days and no one answers the phone. Maybe put a answering service in so we can at least get a call back. Also no one responds to email quotes. It's a shame, as it's a great store.

Very good. Well looked after as usual. Ross does a great job and he is very knowledgeable only 4x4 place to shop

Nice big clean new store, great customer service, had in stock right away what I needed at a good price, good advice for what I needed and stopped me spending money on somthing that wasnt suited to my 4x4
