TJM Kewdale

Billy helped me track down parts for my restoration like it was too easy. Great services, very friendly. Love my TJM bullbar.

Brought a rear bar last year november have only just had it fitted 10 months later not happy at all coming from a company that is so well known and backs it self on good customer service and products. I specifically asked when i ordered the rear bar that it would be able to fit my big tyres and was assured that it could (found out when i got home that this wasnt the case at all) then when installing my rear bar they have taken off my reverse camera left it on my back seat and didnt even bother to tell me my rear bar had a tiny bit of damage on it that didnt really bother me too much but no price adjustment was made and even after waiting almost 11 months i still paid the full price wont be using tjm anymore its actually disappointing….

Bought a redarc gauge from Tjm supply and fit the boost function worked fine but the egt function didn’t work from the get go they advised that they couldn’t get it to work at point of picking Hilux up, fast forward 3 weeks numerous calls and emails with pics attached of it not working, get told to bring it back in for the fitter to have a look at it unscrews the probe can’t see anything wrong screws it back up and tells me to contact redarc myself so it becomes a me problem not a Tjm problem

My drive to/from the TJM Kewdale store would have cost over $20 in car running costs but the store closed due to stock take. After trying the front door I spent 5 minutes in the car park Googling alternative 4WD parts stores. In that 5 minutes 2 other guys also fronted the locked store door and left in annoyance. Be interesting to know TJM's lost revenue/customers for the day. Anyway, it was a good opportunity to get acquainted with Ironman 4x4 in Canning Vale closer to home who were able to supply my $300 parts needs on this occasion and I'll try a local guy for the service works I need. I assumed that TJM would not discount my purchases by the wasted >$20 car running costs if I went back the next day. Yes, I know stock takes are a necessary evil, but is it worth losing customers?

Great looking store, strong range of products.
Advertised sale in store on a few flyers, no pricing for sale or RRP just mentions see staff.
Spent 5 minutes walking through all areas of the store, not acknowledged once, would of understood if they were busy (no one else in store). Disappointing.

I'm an interstate traveller who came to this impressive and beautifully laid out TJM store for a replacement light. The manager was friendly and knowledgable and found me what i needed. The store would be the epitome of 4WD shops. I like TJM gear but this place and its helpful and friendly manager has reset the bar higher for customer service. Thanks TJM Kewdale!

Great team down at Kewdale. Pulled in with no notice due to a damaged shock absorber, the manager took it in the workshop straight away and the team sorted the suspension for me free of charge! Absolutely terrific service. I will definitely be returning for future works, thoroughly impressed

Service hear is next to none, these bloke are no bull sh#t people, great to deal with, I brought some gear for my new Z71 to go around the Pilbara, after I left the wife tells me already brought me light bar for Xmas, so spoke to the boss there ROSS and just credit my invoice without a problem
(had not been fitted yet)
After they had finished fitting my other items Ben there really couldn’t do enough to help gave me my credit back on card,

I’m sometimes hard to deal with cause I like things done rite! Well this mob is one of the best!
Would recommend Kewdale branch to everyone even if you had to drive a bit to get there it bloody worth it

I just cant get a quote or any service.
I went into the store and give them a list to quote up for me.
Then when i received nothing i tried to submit an enquiry through their website and it wouldnt recognise the code.
So i tried again (wrote the whole info out twice) but again faulty code.
I then rang the store and he was not interested that the enquiry system was faulty so he said just email the store.
Not sure if i wrote down the wrong email address or not but it bounces back my email on a few attempts.
There is no email on the website it just goes to the enquiry page.
I tried to ring the store twice yesterday and just now again today and it just rings out.
At least have an answering machine so you can call back.
Thing is, i am decking out a new 200 so willing to spend a fair bit of coin.
I would not be impressed if this was my business thats for sure.
To be honest even in the store i stood around untill a young mechanic seen me standing there and tried to help.
When i asked a few questions which was out of his scope he said sorry sir but i will have to pass you onto someone else.
I was the only one in the store at the time but everyone looked was too busy to help me.
Frustrated to say the least.
Will look elsewhere.

TJM supplied and fitted front and rear light bars to my car. Unfortunately after 21 months there was a problem with the surface protection on the front bar. TJM replaced the unit with a brand new bar at no cost. Very happy with the service and quality of workmanship from this team.

We had a small issue that required attention for a roof rack we had fitted by TJM. The customer service provided in helping us was second to none. Very satisfied and will keep shopping here.

Appalling, the most incompetent mechanics ever, they fitted a provent 150 oil catch can to my vehicle and didnt fit the 2 O rings to the filter to seal it.
Dont waste your time.

Customer service is amazing and very friendly staff I have had some suspension work done on my car here and haven’t had any issues or problems! They even helped me out with some wiring issues on my camper saving me some troubles and looking after my safety! Great team with massive knowledge and the shop is very well set up!
