I recently had the pleasure of visiting Tint-a-Car to have tinting applied to two of my vehicles, and I must say that my experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I walked through their doors, I was greeted with outstanding customer service. What truly stood out was the attention to detail and the commitment to quality exhibited by the Tint-a-Car team. The tinting work they performed on both cars was nothing short of amazing. The precision and craftsmanship displayed in the application of the tint and paint protection exceeded my expectations.

My husband and I were so impressed with the excellent customer service, thanks to the friendly staff who provided clear information when we were enquiring. The tinting we subsequently had done on our car looks neat. There was a bit of a melting mark on the boot left from the heat gun, so the staff apologised, saying that was a rare occurrence (which happened to us!) and the damage was repaired immediately. Now the car looks as good as new! A reliable, professional, efficient and friendly company- thank you, Tint-a Car Osborne Park!

It's a review to shed some spotlight on the person working there named STEVE.

I got my windows tinted in my VW Jetta, and while doing so, they left a little gap with my door panel. Which is understandable. It's a car and things break sometimes. It's not a exact science.

But what matters is after service. The professionalism and hospitality showed by STEVE was out standing. He immediately fixed the pannel.

However, there was a scratch on my tint, must be the motor rubbing or something. Anyways, so here where it gets interesting when I showed it to STEVE, he showed no resistance or any sign of argument, simply agreed to replace the tint. But made a suggestion that new tint to might end up same as motor might be need a look at. I didn't want to trouble him again and again so I asked him to leave it as it is. But his services were unmatchable.

So I don't know about business but when STEVE promised life time warranty, he meant it.
I met Steve because of Tint-a-car's marketing but now I consider Tint-a-car as a brand because of Steve. Steve adds value to the brand as far as I am concerned.

I could have got my window tinted for 180 bucks from Facebook or some local guy. But it is people like Steve, we prefer paying extra. Steve is such a jolly person. Looks like he does the work with pouring his heart into it.
