The attention to detail and the care factor from the accounts team and the WA Operations Manager are appalling. I spelled out errors in accounts very clearly and I was told by accounts to deal directly with WA Operations. When I explained the issue with this lady. Her response was appalling in relation to reading and understanding my email and she did not even address the content of my emails. When I asked for clarity on my contract from 2018 and asked for clarity and reasons. My email content and intent was ignored. I only received one sentence emails, it almost read like I was interfering with her day. If you ever deal with this company keep every email. Just yesterday when I advised the WA operations Manager of the correct information and to check her emails I received a reply email telling me she could not find an email from me. I had to retrieve this email and forward to her. This appears to be a standard reply as even the accounts guy. Chased me for an outstanding account and I advised him that they had the incorrect email addrresses and he would have received bounce backs. He told me he did not. I have an IT background and to hear babble from someone who simply did not do the right thing is not palatable. I just don't know what else to say without sounding disrespectful.
