WOWZA! This place has given me the best experience every time I’ve been, there are a variety of games, awesome prizes and even the staff are absolutely lovely. Though out of all the staff I have to say Mystique has always been there for me in a way that no other staff member has been before. Whether it’s fixing a game or helping me choose a prize Mystique is always there to give me a hand and does it with enthusiasm and care. This venue is truly the best because they have Mystique. Also the manager has very good Pokémon knowledge!

Such a fun place to visit, the team is always happy and energetic, quick to help and make sure all games are working properly

Games are completely rigged. Played the string cut game, blades landed directly on line and didn’t cut it. Staff were arrogant and rude when asked why it didn’t cut. Owner must feel very proud stealing rightful prizes off children. Thieves, no other way to describe this place.

Thank you Timezone Lakeside for hosting my child's birthday party yesterday! All kids had a blast & enjoyed themselves immensely. A special thank you to our hottest with the mostest for the day Mystique what an absolute dream it was to have you guide us throughout our party. Your experience, knowledge, patience and down right ability to have fun with the kids made everything flow so magically! From being organized, helpful, playful, challenging the kids to duals (omg the kids loved ithis), prizes, replacement of lost prizes and most of all the epic battle of Air Hocky Champions nothing was too much of a bother.what an asset to the staff, team and business! Again thank you so much I have a very tired but happy little boy, who's memories of his birthday party at Timezone with his mates are those he will cherish for a long time!

Very busy was there for a kids Birthday Party The Party host was excellent with the kids and very helpful.

Some of the Games where not in working order witch was a shame but had a good time and recommend taking the kids out for a couple of hours here.

Unfortunately no food and drink options are available through.

My son had his 11th birthday party there and Sam was the host. Kids had an awesome time. Sam was very engaging with the kids, with so many extra prizes! Kids had about 1.5hrs of play time and not bored at all. Party room was very clean and well set up with plates, cups, cutlery etc. They don't provide food but can arrange to cater locally or you provide food. Party room can really only fit one party so it was very private. Timezone set up party balloons and birthday signs. Communication with Jacquie prior to party was excellent and all questions answered promptly.

Great selection of games, staff are really nice, always clean and the games are maintained / working. One of the best timezones.

Just had a birthday party for my boy at TZ Lakeside Joondalup yesterday! Tarrel is our host and he is absolutely amazing! All kids love him! He guided and looked after everyone throughout the sessions and also gave out so many prizes to all kids! Everyone had a blast! Couldnt ask MORE, we love u Tarrel and TZ Lakeside Joondalup! Thanks for making my son's bday extra special:)

Everyone was disappointed with the lack of decent prizes Other than that, it's a great place to take the kids. Or if you're a big kid yourself!

A huge thank you to Sam and mystique for an amazing 6th party at Timezone! He had ‘The best party EVER’ and Sam went all out for them. The kids went home high on life with arms full of prizes. Perfect amount of time to play and enjoy the party room where they got a game of pass the parcel which topped off the day.
Will recommend to anyone.
So happy we even shared a chunk of chocolate cake with the hosts. Hope it was yummy!

I recently had my sons 6th birthday at timezone Lakeside and our party host Sam was amazing, went above and beyond to make sire all the kids had a great time! Thank you!

My daughters birthday party was held here today. The kids had a fantastic time and the friendly staff were more than helpful. They helped the smaller kids with playing the games and made themselves available the whole time, they definitely went above and beyond what was in the party package! The party room is nice and clean with fridges, microwave and sink and was decorated before we arrived. All of the games were in good working order. Thank you very much to the staff at Timezone Lakeside Joondalup for a wonderful day!

Awesome time at Lakeside Joondalup for 9 year olds party. Party host Owen was engaging and wonderful with the children. Party room was lovely and clean, plenty of fridge space and coffee available. Paris party co-ordinator had her finger on the pulse. Everyone so ready to step in and make my little girl’s day as great as it could be. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this venue for affordable, stress free event.

Owen is a legend! For helping me out with what I needed. Your customer service is exceptional. Huge thumbs up

We had Sam as our host, she was simply brilliant!
The kids all loved her - she was so good with their age group, 9 year olds. She was so approachable and went out of her way to engage with the kids, help them out.
I would definitely have another party and would request Sam as my host again!

The organization prior was exceptional also - Jacquie was excellent with her communication.

OWEN! Can't be any more happier with the quality service from this guy! Thanks to him, me and my family will be coming back here more often and this is now our new fav timezone (we go 3 times a week) Super friendly, approachable and very professional. 5 stars aint enough! Never have I, in my 18 years of arcade experience, received such satisfaction and bliss during my time at Joondalup Timezone. Time truely flies when you are having fun. On top of that, I’ve never met such passionate and warming staff that are so eager to help and so friendly to approach. One staff member stood out above the rest, I believe his name was Owen and he really made my time there just THAT more enjoyable. I was with my younger at the time and appeared to be struggling to get one of the machines to work and Owen appears and instantaneously fixes the machine like that! I hope his hard work is recognised because he TRUELY deserves it!

Had a birthday party and our party host, Khristine, was fantastic. She made sure all the kids were having fun.

All reasonably new games, kept clean and nothing is damaged. Although it's a smaller timezone, it makes up for it in cleanliness.
