Time Conti Sheffield Perth Property Management reviews
62I have found my property manager Maddy to be pleasant, patient friendly, empathetic and understanding. Easy to work with.
Recently leased a property from Sahar and she has been great and prompt with her work. She has been very helpful and does the best to ensure we are happy. Very professional work.
Have had Time Conti Sheffield as my agent for over 5 years and have been absolutely great. Prompt emails and call backs and any concerns iv had they have got onto it straight away.
Faith lovely and very professional.
Im with Time conti now for almost 5 years. They are amazing and easy to deal with especially my property manager Sahar they look after their tenants. Thank you
My current property manager Faith, Senior Property Manager Phoebe and Real Estate Agent Daniel are all members of Time Conti Sheffield that I would like to extend my personal gratitude and recognition of their quality customer service and professionalism.
Daniel was very accommodating in the Lease Application and Negotiation Process and Phoebe and Faith have been very helpful in resolving a water issue and attending to other matters on behalf of the tenant. Thank you to all involved!
Worse company and worse management,
Check your pcr whenever rent with these people they are pretty sneaky, they are not in favour of tennet again worse worse company my suggestion is avoid them.i have very bad experience with them don’t rent with them
I was with Time Conti for approximately 2 years. They were always superb to deal with and if you had any issues they would attend to them straight away. My property manager was Jayde, she was so lovely to deal with and I wouldn’t say one bad thing.
We leased through time conti for the last 3 years and we're very happy with the team. They have hit the jackpot with Jayde as one of their property managers. She was very prompt with communication and emails. Throughout the process she has always been kind and understanding, and was very helpful when things didn't always go to plan.
Very bad service, extremely bad experience with them. I can gave 0 start if options available.
Property was damaged from all the places but still increasing the rent all the times.
When asked to repair always gave the useless reason for one year “I am waiting for owner’s reply once he will give reply I will get back to you”. Till now no response at all.
I left the property properly clean and better condition than I first moved but still deducted all my bond just for their useless reasons.
Additionally they advertised the property unfurnished but they forced the tenanats to use their bad quality bed and sofa. So which means you can’t bring your own furniture. Which is totally wrong. They need to inform before advertising on real estate. So they are totally lier.
They need to improve their services rather than taking all the money from other people’s bond.
0% recommendations, if you want to save the money please don’t go there,
They just robbed the people. They are just useless. They don’t know what is the meaning of wear and tear.
They just want to took the money from people.
Also they let someone else to write the final condition report. Property manager didn’t write herself the report. If she was managing the property why she ask someone else to write the report, just to take money from bond.
Edit to review - Lauren was friendly but I absolutely would not recommend renting through TCS when issues arise at the property for a number of reasons.
Time Conti Sheffield were amazing when we rented a property that they managed. The staff are amazing, Melanie has been a thoughtful and communicative property agent throughout the years we have been renting. They are respectful and professional and we had a great experience under their management. Thank you Time Conti!
Great agency with very friendly and competent staff. Super communication, immediate response to any issue. We stayed with them for 7 years. I can recommend them to everyone who are looking for good agency.
We have been with Time Conti Sheffield for a year and half and had no issues at all. Any requests would be immediately looked into and resolved. Everyone at Time Conti Sheffield is driven by professionalism and strong commitment to help tenants. We would highly recommend their services.
Good luck!
Tenants, please do yourself a favour and do not go to time Conti realestate unless you’re looking to be robbed in daylight.
Well there’s so much to say about this realestate but to cut it short they will do anything to take your bond
Unfortunately my partner and I broke up around 2 months after leasing a property with time Conti realestate which meant we had to break our lease.
We paid our rent on time, kept the house the way it was when we started our lease but apparently this isn’t good enough.
After 4 days of cleaning, spending $350 to get the carpets professionally cleaned, that was also not good enough.
They had multiple home opens and once they found a new tenant, they claimed that the house was not clean and the plants that were in 40 degree heat without any shade is dying. We understand the plants were dying but even after watering the plants, they would still die due to those circumstances.
We were told to go clean the property and replace the plants, they left a key out on Friday afternoon knowing that we both worked full time and they were closed on the weekend so there’s no way of getting the keys.
WE WERE THEN CHARGED $380 FOR CLEANING AND $250 TO REPLACE THE PLANTS!
After leaving the house, the advertising of the rent was raised as well as they charged us for a breaking the lease fee which is not in the legislation.
After months of back and fourth the bond was taken off us… $2200 with a return of $98.
We are both young adults trying to start up our lives with little money. The $2200 was our savings.
We are not the only tenants this had happened to and they are in no way of understanding.
TENANTS BEWARE.
I have to force this company to meet its contractual obligations virtually every time something needs to be repaired.
TEN WEEKS ago the insulation was removed in the property I rent for repairs to be done to the ceiling. The insulation still hasn't been re-installed and staff have promised repeatedly they will deal with it but still haven't. This is a breach of contract which will now have to be dealt with in court. I do not recommend this company to prospective tenants.
Response to owner's response:
Dear Cindy,
Thank you for your patronising response.
Your reply is disingenuous as it doesn’t address the whole truth of this matter.
• The first time it was ‘explained to me’ that the hold-up was with the contractor was today (12/1/22). That ‘explanation’ came in the form of a forwarded email from the contractor rather than an actual ‘explanation’ from your staff member.
• The insulation was removed on the 29th October, 2021, the ceiling repaired on the 4th November, 2021 and I was told the insulation would be re-installed asap with no indication from either TCS or the contractor that there was likely to be a hold-up.
• I waited patiently until 4th December, 2021 and emailed asking when the insulation would be installed to be informed that the contractor would contact me to arrange a time. Again, no indication at this point that there would be a hold-up for the installation.
• I waited patiently and heard nothing from either the contractor or TCS and asked again on the 26th December, 2021. I was informed by your staff on 29th December, 2021 that the contractor would contact me. Again no notification or indication that there would be a hold-up with the contractor.
• I heard nothing from the contractor or TCS and emailed again on 7th January, 2022 and was told that your staff would follow it up and get back to me. I heard nothing.
• I emailed TCS again yesterday, 11th January, 2022 asking when this breach of your contractual obligation would be rectified only to be asked by your staff member ‘what breach? ’ despite it being self-evident in my email. So I contacted DMIRS for advice and sent TCS a formal Notice to Lessor of Breach of Agreement. I waited very patiently for many weeks before I resorted to this.
• I did not suggest in any way that I would apply to the court to force the contractor to move me to the top of their job list or prioritise me over others, this is a patronising obfuscation of the issue in order to support your argument that I am the party at fault. When I referenced going to court it was to do with TCS breaching your contractual obligations.
• Since the ceiling was repaired on the 4th of November, 2021, and not in the Christmas/New Year period, it is not unreasonable of me to have had an expectation that TCS would be organised enough to schedule/follow up on the re-installation of the insulation within 4-6 weeks from that date.
• You have not done your part. Your staff have consistently fobbed me off and not followed up on this issue.
• While I patiently wait for you to meet your contractual obligations, my electricity bill is soaring to exorbitant heights which, of course, you will not take any responsibility for nor contribute any financial assistance towards. Without insulation, the air-conditioner needs to be running constantly to make this house marginally liveable in this hot Perth summer.
• I have contacted 3 local Insulation Installation companies; all have said that since the old insulation has already been removed they could schedule a re-installation within 2-3 weeks. Perhaps you could do the legal, ethical, and simply decent thing and engage a different contractor? If you choose to do this, please feel free to email me and I will give you their contact details.
• Not once have any of you apologised for the inconvenience, my wasted time having to remind you to meet your responsibilities and the increase in expenses resulting from TCS not organising this properly.
My rating and comments stand.
Thanks.
Michelle
Melanie was very helpful when I applied the application. She even reschedule her meeting to suit my time for the contract signing up. Happy with her service so far.
Courtney at Time Conti Sheffield is an excellent property manager who always responds in a timely manner and helps in any way she can. She has been excellent to deal with and I am a very happy tenant who has never had any issues that haven't been resolved quickly. Courtney always endeavours to work with tenants in the building to ensure a great environment for everyone. She is very professional, approachable and friendly and I would struggle to find a better property manager. We have been tenants of this building for coming up 5 years. Thank you Courtney.
My property manager was a Hannah Murray she was very professional and well spoken and alot more efficient and thorough in her work than the lady she replaced, certainly a asset to her company, everyone else in the office any time I've been are pleasant, all in all a good experience
Time Conte Service has been excellent. The information provided has been accurate and timely, and the interaction with the Commercial staff has been really very professional as well as friendly. I think they provide a very high quality of attention.
From my own personal dealings, I’ve never dealt with such an unprofessional real estate company. During the duration of a 12 month lease I had 4 property managers. For one particular rent inspection I had to change my day around to suit my property manager only for her to ask for photos, after waiting around for 3 hours for a virtual rent inspection. I’ve had to change professional cleaners around to suit them, as having the apartment cleaned one week prior to handing over the keys isn’t good enough. When asking if the day I had changed the cleaners to come was to their satisfaction (was genuinely asking as they were having perspective tenants come through while it’s still being leased), I was told I must have ‘misunderstood’ and am therefore ‘upset’. Of course because I am woman I must be upset! All this was conveyed over text as well, which is also unprofessional. When asking to speak to someone else and provide feedback in regards to being told I have ‘misunderstood’ and am ‘upset’, I received no apology for being spoken to in such an unprofessional manner, being told I must have ‘misunderstood as things gets misconstrued over text’. Maybe don’t text then? I’m guessing I’ll lose my bond by simply reviewing the company because I’m young they can walk all over me. I wish I’d done my research prior to signing a lease with this company.
