Timberland Karrinyup

I went here, not too long ago, and I was instantly greeted by a staff member of the name (Roo or Reaux) but her customer service was immaculate and even after having a little bit of a stressful day, she made everything better. I got everything I needed from the store and a little bit more.

This store is very clean and located in a perfect spot, I will definitely be going back in the future.

Bianca has been amazing with my shopping experience! No idea about anything with timberland's shoes and she did not hesitate to help out at all. She was really polite and did not mind explaining all the terms and function the whole time.

Timberland Karrinyup is definitely one of the better shoe stores I've visited! I experienced excellent customer service from the manager, Rue, who had brilliant knowledge for and about the broad range of products, and went above and beyond to help me find the perfect shoes for me.
Having owned a pair of my first Timberland shoes, the Cross Mark Chukkas, for 5 years and still going strong - when it came to buying some new shoes, I new I wanted some Tims. I ended up settling on a pair of Mens Radford boots and Bradstreet Ankle shoes - if you're looking for some Tims I'd recommend giving them a try - they're very well made and the more I wear them the comfier they get. Anyways, thanks again Rue and I'll be back for some new shoes in 5 or more years!

We'd like to thank Aishath for her amazing service today and for being so patient with us trying to figure out our Afterpay. It was great that she demonstrated the effectiveness of the leather eraser to get rid of scuffs! Definitely made us buy one for ourselves. Very refreshing to see someone who is genuinely friendly, makes the shopping experience more enjoyable.

We love the boots we got

Came to get some boots and was given great customer service by the manager. She was very knowledgeable of the products and also on the products for maintaining the boots. I am very happy that I got my boots from this store.

This store sells people worn out shoes to new customers for full price.

The shop is so beautiful and very good customer service from the staff.
