Tilly's Lights

I have visited Tilly’s twice now and found on both occasions the best customer service in Perth.
Thank you Denise and Jess for your time and patience. You took the time to explain the pros and cons of all the different products I was interested in and made the final decision easier. The lights and fans you helped me select are perfect. They tick the box for functionality and for looks, which is what I wanted.
I recommend Tilly’s to anyone looking for good advice, excellent customer service and product choice.

Initially the staff were good. Helpful and friendly.
The light we chose was the only design left in store so it was the display piece. The sales rep said ordering a new one in would take up to 2 months so we thought the display piece would be okay. We didn’t fully inspect it so assumed it was pristine. The sales rep, a woman, not a man took it down and boxed it for us.
When we got our light home, a stained glass dragonfly pendant, we opened the box and noticed a small crack. I rang and advised the staff and the lady was very friendly saying they’d order a replacement.
When we went in to do the swap in store it was a different story. The staff practically accused us of mishandling the light and cracking it. They were professional but borderline rude. A man said he took it down and boxed it and it wasn’t cracked at that time. We never saw him in store originally. He suggested we cracked it but it didn’t even come out of their box at our house.
Do not accept ANY display item from Tilly’s. If it’s damaged they’ll blame you for mishandling.
Very disappointing.

Fantastic choice of light fittings, picked up some lovely lamps in their sale. The saleslady was very helpful and extremely patient.

I was served by Carissa, her knowledge and advice was 10/10. Nothing was too much trouble and I ended up with beautiful lights for our new home. Can’t recommend them enough. Do yourself a favour and visit this business before you purchase anywhere else. Thanks Tilly’s!

Lost a customer!
I never post review's but am so disappointed at Tilly's lights.
After several attempts at coming on the weekends with absolutely no greeting or customer service after waiting for more than 1/2hr. I came on a Monday figuring I would be attended to. Waiting for 45mins where clearly there were staff available no-one greeted or approached me whilst I was waiting for service. I even approached the counter for assistance. I walked out after being completely ignored and you will never see me again.
Poor customer service regardless of what day, No excuse!
I will be shopping for my lighting needs elsewhere.

Bought a light online.was a bit wary as not done before. Not only were the girls there extremely helpful but I get one alot earlier than expected but it is more gorgeous than the pics! Thank you I love it!

One of my favourite stores in Perth. Visually stunning, lighting to satisfy all budgets. Great staff who provide alternative items and leave you to consider. Happy to order lights in, great prices and phenomenal items compared to Bunbury chain stores.

Amazing range, prices & customer service. Better value then the big name stores we checked out prior. Ended up ordering all our fans and lights from here.

I was hoping for my lighting fantasy to come true. Lightngales might be worth a search for.they moved from nedlands.

Exceptional service experience.
Purchased a fan from here 4 weeks ago. The lady that served me went out of her way to help me find something in budget and the colour I wanted. She ended up ordering in a special colour from stock outside their normal distribution and it arrived promptly. SMS to alert and it's turned out fantastic. Will be back.

TBH I cant believe the negative reviews here. So at odds with my experience.

Was provided with and incorrect light and they refused a return in contravention to australian consumer law. Was provided with a charcoal light when a black light was requested packaging and product description is misleading. Was not provided with the demonstration product referenced.

Urge all customers to open boxes before leaving the store to make sure you have what you reqested as they do not take refunds.

Poor customer service, past few visits outright ignored by sales staff. One particular older female sales staff member is impatient and rude.
I think the owners know who this person is and don't want to deal with it. Have a read of your poor reviews and take action.

Have been into Tilly's several times with house plans - roundly ignored every time. No matter - we've put in a big lighting order at Alti in Claremont and ordered our fans online.

On one visit the staff gave my customer the wrong fitting twice despite clear information as.to the type required.

And on another visit there were no staff to help despite on two customers and myself in the store. There were three ladies however chatting behind the desk.

They do have a good range however and that's why I had to go there

Tilly's have a great range of lighting indoor and outdoor.
Staff were very helpful and friendly. I have recommended this store to my daughter inlaw.

I visited the store a couple of weeks ago and was a bit disappointed. First of all their customer service was pathetic. We were walking around checking out their light displays and all the staff were doing were staring at us with most of them being free to help us. Their prices are also not very reasonable compared to other light shops I have visited. The only thing I enjoyed about my experience was how the lights were displayed and their range of different types of lights.

The staff member I dealt with was most helpful and patient and provided me with a number of options. The lamp I purchased was good value compared to others I had viewed at other stores.
