Cant give any more stars at the moment. Have left 2 pieces of expensive jewellery for repair. Trying to check they are ready as promised but nobody answering the phone. The store is open.

Engagement ring needed resizing and having only had it for less than a week, I was worried to part with it. I spoke with the assistant who said if it was done earlier than expected, I would be notified immediately. Less than 24 hours and I had it back! Amazing service and attentiveness!

I had my wedding ring made and then resized by Graham. He was fantastic throughout the design process taking my ideas and adding his own brilliance to the mix resulting in a one of a kind piece. I couldn't be happier with the final result!

They did such an amazing job on my engagement ring. I had to have it resized twice because of my own mistake they were so friendly and so nice about it made the hole experience so nice I highly recommend these guys they definitely made my day very special for me?

Great service & Quality! Have had a ring repaired, and our rings cleaned up before we get married. Not only did they offer the clean for FREE, we had a quick turn around. Our rings looked new! Will continue to come here

Had both engagement and wedding rings completed here after a friend recommendation. We visited a number of places in Perth before walking into their Madeley store. We found an actual design we loved for the engagement ring and they were able to design a wedding band as per our specifications.

They were also more than happy to use a diamond supplied by us without additional costs. Delivered price was much more reasonable than a number of other quotes we had received.

Overall quite happy to recommend. Great quality, service and price.

After a bad experience at my own local jewellers, I called Graham from Tighe Jewellers to enquire about having a ring sized. Went in the next day to leave the ring, and was surprised when I received a call before lunch time to say that the work was done and the ring could be picked up. Beautiful work done very quickly and at a more than reasonable price. The staff were very helpful and I would certainly recommend them to anyone. I myself will be a repeat customer for sure. Purchased a new bracelet took it to Carmen Jewellers to shorten very bad job done. So I took the bracelet to Graham he fixed it up like new again & did it all free of charge. Thankyou really appreciated. 100% good service.

Excellent service with a jeweller who knows what he's doing. Had some repairs done to my rings after I resized them with another jeweller elsewhere. Wish I just went there first. Also got the feeling he wanted what was best for me as a customer rather than $$ in his pocket. Will definitely be going back!
