Let me start off by saying coming into the whole car scene when buying my first car and thinking of all sorts of modifications and what places can do what is something that i have absolutely no idea of. I was on the hunt to have someone replace my rear light bar of my kia cerato gt with an LED one. Messaged so many places and no one could do it due to it being to tricky. I stumbled across Tiago Car Technology and i was so thrilled to hear that they can do it. Stepping into his environment i felt so welcomed and valued. Creating a trusting and understanding relationship with them they were precise, knowledgeable and performed their passion of work with care. Their transparency and willingness to answer all my questions instantly put me at ease, leaving me with a sense of trust in their abilities. Tiago took on a hard challenge but had an amazing positive attitude and willingness to get it done to the best of his abilities which left me happy with his work. The mechanic's attention to detail and commitment to excellence were clearly evident in the final results. I went to Thiago's to do a mechanical check, he told me that everything is good while the timing belt needs to be changed, the radiator needs to be changed, and I have a leak on the coolant! Result 2500$ of repairs by another garage! Seriously lacking in skills

I went to the office twice to get some issues fixed on my car. The first time it was a diagnostic moment, when I received a report with some parts to be replaced. At that point in time, I didn't feel very confident with the feedback sent, because some steps of the car checkup were not done, as well as the mechanic didn't try to check the availability of parts and just told me how difficult it would be to find new parts. Contact the automaker over the phone, and to my surprise, they have all the parts available for my car. I felt a little frustrated that the shop didn't check the car as I requested, just looked at the basics and moved me outside, in what felt like an attempt to quickly free up space for more customers.

After buying the new parts, and returning to the office a second time as instructed by Tiago, when I arrived, he told me to do more checks on the car, that there was no logistics available to fulfill my order, and told me "maybe you have the wrong part and we'll need to check the car again". This means: The car was checked at a basic level, not a full checkup on all parts, and without having an accurate diagnosis gave me feedback to buy parts without feeling confident about the problem. Then he told me to come back to the shop on a date when he couldn't check my car. Two visits to the mechanic, and no solution for any of the problems encountered on the first day, and a complete overhaul of the vehicle was pending.

What do I understand by full review or preventive review:

- Brake kit
- Engine (oil, filters, chains, tensioners, fluids, ignition, nozzles, spark plugs)
- Cooling system - Fluids, pipes and conductors
- Lights (brake lights, position lights, high beams, "front and back")
- Electric - Current, voltage, alternator, battery
- Suspension (Semi axle, shock absorbers "buxas, stops, screws, hoods, almokinetica, ")
- Exchange (oil, synchronizer, shaker)
- Clutch - (disc)

What was checked:
- oil level
- Surface leaks
- Engine air filter

Result: Two visits to the workshop without getting an accurate diagnosis. 2.5K investment in original parts that I had to arrange on my own. On the second visit, the service, which should have been faster, as I had already provided the parts, would take up to 4 days without a possible confirmation of the completion date.

Conclusion: If you understand mechanics minimally, and value quality service with regard not only to dealing with the customer, but also in the technical domain on the subject, I would not recommend the service. On the other hand, if you are only looking for simple services such as changing oil, filters, fluids or spark plugs, perhaps this is the right place for you.

Tip for management: I heard inside the office at the mechanic shop that there are cars that are very difficult to work with, that it is extremely complicated and things like that. I think that no cardiologist performs an operation considering the gender of the person who will be operated on, he is just a specialist in hearts and will do his best to resolve the issue with the knowledge he has. I suggest investing in professional training in general auto mechanics and not for "easy" cars or a specific automaker or brand.

Best mechanic in Perth, he's extremely focused on giving best service to his customers. Helped me multiple times and always solved my problems. You won't be disappointed at all
