I really wanted to love this chicken schnitzel burger, the photo deceived me into thinking i was getting a burger with a deep fried crumbed chicken breast fillet. What I got is your typical frozen mass-produced chicken patty. I ate it but it’s not right, the pineapple doesn’t compliment the processed chicken patty at all.

Ordered a kebab. Brought it home to eat. The lettuce was brown, had obviously been sitting there for ages. Not impressed. Threw it into the bin.

I am the pie hunter. This couple's pies are the best I've ever had. We're talking melt-in-your-mouth steak, yes, real steak - big chunks, no gristle. They make their gravy, from scratch, using old Indian recipes and passed-down family experience. I'm going to get another one now. So good.

The best pies in Perth. None of those familiar gravy pies with thick soggy pastry you usually get elsewhere. Made in house. My favourites are butter chicken, and steak with red wine. A gourmet product at low price, I don’t know how they do it.

Last time I got a burger and it was the best burger ever, this time I got a meat box which was the best meat box ever.

The burgers are soooo good. We thoroughly enjoyed them. Full of taste. The gravy and chips was a great and hot.

Can always tell when the has made my food. ALWAYS gets my order wrong, even when I've told her several times what my order is! Like how stupid can you be! Please hire someone else. Everyone else there is wonderful and never messes anything up.

Had a take out last night was absolutely awful. Had three curries a prawn which wasn't to bad but not many prawns and over cooked. Lamb Rogan Josh no taste sauce very watery and a Butter chichen again overcooked the chicken was tough. Onion Bhaji was inedible like eating mouthfuls of salt.
Totally dreadful overall, if I'd been dining in would have sent the lot back.
Also delivery time was around 20mins took well over an hour would've minded if it had been good and worth the wait, worst meal I've had in a long time, don't know how they stay in business with this standard of food.

Husband bought a v energy drink iced coffee. Was over a month past it's expiation date.

One of the worst burgers I've ever had. Asked for a peri peri chicken schnitzel and got a grilled chicken. There was no salt, pepper, mayo or flavour in the burger. The chicken was watery and the red hot sauce had no flavour while soaking the buns and dripping everywhere. The buns were toasted with no butter leaving a small black burn in the centre and the outsides untoasted. And there was way too much chicken

Had a curry, a samosa and fish and chips. The curry tasted great but the sauce was exactly like water as if a good curry had been watered down to get more serves. The delivery guy arrived back at the store while I waited then he went and got my samosa from the display fridge for the cook, no gloves and had not washed his hands. The fish was ok but the chips were so overcooked they were actually hollow

Best Indian curries in Perth. Tried every indian around and still can't beat these. Kebab meat box is also amazing. Fish and chips also good. Would give more stars if I could.

Possibly THE worst coffee ever. Don't waste your money. Mine and my partners coffee went straight down the sink where it belongs. Service was shocking.

This Thyme out cafe originally provided a splendid small eatery in 2005 as first estate public got close at hand the promised tiny mall. Its entrepreneur made it accessable for 14 years, put every ounce of energy and enthusiasm into it plus a mobile lunch truck to nearby workplaces.
Since changing into amiable multicultural ownership it has an even wider food taste and kept clientele.
However for me a lone, car_less senior I miss the all hours availability. At times Im passing with plan for fish and chips (even prior to Virus problem) it is mostly closed.
Instead I now bring food from Midland.
I wonder how many others of this now widely populated area with poor bus schedules nil on weekends, iIpublic holidays have this issue.
I understand family life needs and wage economies but now in late eighties miss the ''original corner store' atmosphere it engendered for my needs.
I suspect profits have left this local manger and mall as medical precautions are seen to be unprotected.
W A folk need to follow overseas news regarding Covid danger before too late.
I avoid any mall shopping there now.

FOOD is superb and service is great, good coffee also. Staff are very polite and courteous. PREET will always look after you.

Awesome sausage rolls and pies and rolls and sandwiches. We even bought cold curry for later. It looks amazing. They had fantastic service and very friendly. They even gave my little girl a free ice cream:)

We are new to Helena Valley but this is a great little shop, the fish was lovely and the batter light, chips were light inside and crispy outside. We will be back.

Really good food and staff. Curries are excellent. Shame not open in evenings other than Fridays and Saturdays.

Beautiful authentic Indian cuisine and they are happy to cater for dietary requirements. Recommend them
