Thanks to Therese I was able to settle into a much better sleep schedule. Due to some stressful events, I struggled with insomnia and would remain awake ‘til the early hours. Despite fatigue throughout the day and various attempts to go to bed earlier, I just could not get back on track with my ‘early night, lights out’ routine. Therese supported me to uncover some blind spots and create an action plan. I became accountable to her while I took action to change my habits.
