My remedial massage with Auri has always been consistently therapeutic, professional & with just the right amount of pressure. The venue is lovely.

I messaged Thrive on the week end asking for an apt with the dietician … I couldn’t believe how quick their response was! I saw the dietician Monday morning and I was sorted! What an amazing place! Very welcoming & great service & a lovely comfortable waiting area. My back lower back had ceased up & I was finding it extremely difficult to walk & get up from sitting. Amazing! I had a remedial massage with Jamie and oh the relief! Neck and shoulder pain immediately alleviated. I then went to Anne-Marie their resident Chiropracter and WOW! She is absolutely amazing. So practical, knowledgeable and exceptional at her job. One of a kind. So glad to have stumbled upon this local business and looking forward to trying more services!

Did something to my back - had difficulty walking. The practioner who treated me was Jessica May. She did a really good job (as she did the previous time she treated me). My back was noticeably better immediately after the treatment and close to as good as new the next morning. Thanks heaps Jess!

Professional and very good remedial massage here. Sarah is excellent and highly recommended. My lower back is much better after one therapy.

Dr Anne-Marie is amazing. She really knows her stuff! Always feel great after the appointments and she’s really helping to align my back and spine. She’s also given me a lot of tips and advise on things to do each day, to help improve my posture. I was a very nervous about going to a Chiro but now I recommend her to everyone.

Lovely caring people. I go to Hatha yoga with Erin who is by far the best yoga teacher I've had in my life, she has a beautiful soul and makes you feel at ease. Highly recommend trying this studio out.

I was suffering from my shoulder pain after my little one born, got a massage session from Dev. OMG.he has the magic hands. At the beginning I didn't really expect much (that's how painful it was), but the end of session i feel like i have new shoulder. It also released me from massive headache, and now i am always fresh to look after my little angel all the time:)

So lucky to have a gem of a place like this in Belmont. I have only been to the yoga classes which are amazing. Everyone there is so nice and welcoming. The centre also offers a full holistic approach to health and recovery.

Fantastic staff, great masseuse, small class sizes for yoga with excellent teachers. Also 10 minutes from Perth Airport, good for a massage or yoga class if you have a short layover.

Great facilities, the hyperbaric chamber is my favourite, perfect for recovery. Get yourself along, has some really affordable deals to get the use of this excellent facility.
