8 Extremely rude member of staff refused to serve me today because I was not wearing a mask.
I told him repeatedly I was exempt. He continued to refuse service stating incorrectly it was the "LAW".
He was not interested in seeing my paperwork.
In the end a manager was called and I showed my exemption and ID and was eventually served.
Lack of training, Lack of knowledge and Lack of respect for customers.
I wont be back.
My new local. You can find better shelf prices elsewhere, but I keep going back for the growler refills.
Just tried to go there at 10.40pm on a Friday and it says it’s open till midnight but it was closed? What
Bevan went well and truly beyond his job description to help us out on Friday night, would return.
Update your trading hours! Thursday supposedly open until midnight, we drove to get some wine, staff was closing the door at 0850pm!
Nice little place, staff are always friendly and helpful. Limited space and range but you can get the basics.
Surprisingly affordable and often the only place in the area open late at nice. The long suffering staff are always friendly and professional even in the face of masses of drunks during big events at the Rosemount Hotel next door.
Surprised me by having a bit more than I expected from a place that's really very small, so I was pleasantly surprised and pleased. Nice late hours if you need to grab something at night, staff encountered were good.
