Has signs everywhere saying cheapest price guaranteed, yet they are more expensive than everywhere else that you can get drinks from. If that ain’t false advertising, I don’t know what is.
Has a good selection of craft beers, both local and international. And a decent selection of whisky at great prices. Staff is always friendly and helpful.
One star for carrying out my purchases, but have you any jdea how frustrating it is to pick up a cold pack of limited release, hard-to-find beer from the fridge, only to be told "Oh no you can't buy that, it's not in the system yet. "
U have just lost a very loyal customer, American Serve jacks 10 pack now charged at $71! Outrageous, will now be going elsewhere to spend my $$$$

Amazing service, fantastic craft beer selection and they even have a buy 3 deal on all spirits.
Such a breathe of fresh air to go to a "bottleo" and be met with such passion and knowledge (definitely of beer). We now make this our go to if we feel like experimenting with the new and upcoming beers. Lucky to have such a progressive bottle shop around the corner backed by a passionate team. Thought I'd finally do an appreciation post to make sure you guys get the recognition for your service. Cheers guys!
Store is a bit dark, and layed out differently, assuming to combat theft of spirits. Young guys were happy to stand around but manager was more than helpful finding items, and was happy to price match another store which saved a trip elsewhere.
I visited every liquor shop in Ellenbrook in search for a particular item (70x mini gin bottles) as part of wedding favours. All but one store didn't offer or help or have the items in stock. Until I visited thirsty camel ellenbrook. The staff were very friendly especially Caleb who went out of his way to order me the mini bottles and had them available for me within a week. Thank you so much for your great customer service.

Great experience! I believe it was Bryce who helped me out! Asked him for his suggestions and didn't disappoint. Always worth asking the question to find something new! Brookvale Ginger Beer with Spiced Rum was a highlight!
Good bottle shop, Some of the staff might look a little alternative but there all bloody good blokes.
This store just made Aveley great place for living.the boys are doing great job. My request is to closed every day at 10pm.
Absolutely use useless staff. Bloke with the afro and handle bar moustache needs to be trained in customer service. Owners should be embarrassed by their hiring/training programs.
Great store with lovely staff who are more than willing to assist or recommend a nice drop. Best prices around too!
Drive-thru service is always speedy and they have an amazing range of products if you decide to go in store also
