Therapy Room

I started as Clare's client in the hope of being about to identify and maintain healthier relationships. Our therapy journey led me to various realisations about myself, my family of origin and the unhealthy dynamics/ systems within that; my role within this and its influences on my day to day processing, behaviour and relationship patterns. I have since learnt to manage my anxiety and maintain boundaries whilst nurturing reciprocal relationships as a result. Clare uses humour, honesty and self-disclosure in her approach with creates a supportive, believable rapport.
