Unorganised, charge for every minute they take writing even the briefest of emails. Over the last few years they have implemented new policies/processes to squeeze more and more money from their clients and streamline their costs. I've experienced errors on Service Agreements/hours which caused no end of unnecessary stress. So many different processes to follow and points of contact for different things. There is no effective coordination or follow through.have been waiting for over six months for our new dietician to get in contact, even though I've asked numerous times. Additionally, never even received a response from the manager when I complained about cancellation charges (another money grabbing change made to policy) and other issues several months ago. It was the first time I have complained in writing.clearly customer service isn't a priority. Our most recent key worker at TF who coordinates agreements/therapists (unfortunately, all are through TF) is a wonderful therapist but not effective in the key worker role and doesn't appear to have received the training required for such a role. This isn't her fault but something the management should have identified and supported her with. Therapy Focus is not what it used to be a few years ago. It's all about the money they can squeeze from you and not about their clients. Perhaps they should invest in customer focussed processes, staff development and effective administration support for their key workers instead of ways they can extract more and more money from you. Overall, therapists are great but the Business Management are money focussed, processes are convoluted and difficult (something you don't need when you're already dealing with NDIS). Do not recommend.
