Service is unmatched in any venue I've visited. Before I talk about the food, a huge kudos to all the staff. For a relatively small venue, it was packed to the rafters and the staff remained attentive, polite and professional in all dealings, despite the obvious dinner rush. They asked for our feedback on wait times, drinks, and the food and it's clear that all staff here really care about doing the best by their patrons.

My partner and I for a long time have wanted to try proper seafood as most of our experiences for seafood came from the local chippy. We were on holiday in the region and decided to dive into a seafood platter to experience as much as possible. The Cray delivered. Fresh, tasty and plated beautifully The Cray Platter delivered on all fronts. For beginner sea-foodies I highly recommend! And judging by the full tables, I'd say for experienced sea-foodies it ticks the boxes.

The wizard at the bar (04/01) - your cocktails are next level. We got to watch you work for ~10 minutes before our reservation and you absolutely crushed it with a never ending flow of orders. When we had our drinks delivered they were inhaled.

Wasn’t what I expected for the food, for what I paid for! Service was a bit poor drinks didn’t come until after our dinner although it was a busy night, I felt that the inside space was too crowded.

Could not fault. Fantastic service from the moment we walked in. Lovely fresh seafood. One of our orders was wrong due to dietary requirements, but this was promptly resolved with a genuine apology.

What a great place for seafood, especially the prawns, bugs & crays.

Went there the 3 of us, for my niece's birthday. We had 3 entrees, The crayfish platter for 2 & the Fettuccine with prawns & scallops.

We were definitely full. The food was delicious, staff so attentive. Finally found room in out dessert stomachs & finished off with 2 desserts

Drinks consisted of beers, expresso martinis & sour gummy shots.

I love seafood so I can taste it local fish or imported fish. I would expect the price I paid should be all local prawns and fish but disappoint.

Went for a birthday dinner. Absolutely delightful. Food so yummy. Service extremely attentive in a way I normally (& unfortunately) rarely experience in this country. Fair to say, best seafood I have ever had. Keep up the good work

Had a wonderful experience from the food being cooked perfectly, to the staff being 100% focused on checking in often to see if you need anything else. We had a very happy 10th birthday boy that the staff made feel special when they all gathered to sing Happy Birthday to him when they brought out the cake. Thankyou. We will be back again soon.

Overpriced and overcooked seafood, was a shame as we were really excited as a family to go here. I would not recommend

Pretty delicious Morton Bay bugs. The pasta could have been better with some fresh herbs or something. Desserts were also a bit average as the creme brulee was curdled.

I come here most Fridays and I have to say I’ve never had a bad experience!
I’m greeted with a smile from everyone and the staff are so friendly and kind!
It’s always busy and you can see why!
The food is delicious! The cocktails are to die for! I always try something different every week!
Coming here is the best part of my week!

Wonderful food, great flavors, cooked well the only negative was the staff muffed the order a couple times.

We had to make a booking reservation to get a table don’t know why the place was empty. We had our reservation at 7: 30pm we made our order just before 8pm we didn’t receive our order after 9: 15pm. We question the restaurant manager why is our order so late the answer was because we ordered garlic bread.this is not exemptible.
Finally, when we received our meals the food was very unappealing, I ordered a SURF AND TURF medium well when I got my meal the stake was over cooked and burned.
My son ordered a CHICKEN PARMIGIANA which he got food poison.
My daughter ordered SPAGHETTI MARINARA which was uneatable.
I am not sure why they have this items in their menu when there chief cannot cook them. The only thing which was eatable was the sea food.
For a restaurant which charge s the top dollar you can get better service our bill was just under $700 we had to stop over Mac Donald to get dinner: (

Brilliant food, service was lacking especially for drinks.waited well over 20 mins each time just for a beer in a bottle.

A really lovely restaurant in side. We were left standing at the reception for a little while but soon ushered to our table 28. We were asked if we wanted water for the table and we said yes and sat down. 15 minutes later no water or service to take drinks orders had been done. The restaurant was starting to fill up, and every one seemed excited and happy. Eventually I pulled a young man who was very polite and professional, Kenan. He took our drinks order and returned with water and our drinks. Our meal order took a some time, after some wait we were served a scrumptious meal. While enjoying our meal, the couple behind me started to look quite annoyed. Thete meal arrives an hour after they had ordered, while a bigger table still had not eaten by the time we departed. The reception had over booked the restaurant. Having been in this industry for a number of years, this simply puts enormous pressure on every single person working. From chef's, to bar staff, to the waiters. What is contributed to that night, was at least 40% of patrons becom highly annoyed. We will return, but will book mu h earlier or later than 7 pm. I want to congratulate Kenan and Joshua for making our anniversary/ birthday a memorable one. Great food, lovely atmosphere and DONT OVER BOOK YOUR RESTAURANT!

Tried the cray platter and seafood chowder. Flavors were decent but didn’t quite think that it was worth the buck.

The atmosphere is light and refreshing. I had lobster which was very nice. Hubby had oysters then fish. He had Terry's tiramisu for dessert which was divine and I had a Roman coffee. Was a lovely find while we were on holidays.

The worst service I have ever encountered. After making us wait over an hour and still not having our entree ready we decided we had waited long enough and proceeded to be charged for our two drinks, which we also had to wait 20min for.

This restaurant has the most friendly and helpful staff who are very efficient at getting the food to the table. It has not only fish and seafood but also other meat on their main menu. It also has a separate vegetarian and vegan menu with two vegetarian and two vegan choices. I had Spaghetti Napoli which had a tasty sauce but could have had more vegetables and less spaghetti. I would like to see blinds on the windows to reduce the glare.

The staff were excellent. They were helpful, attentive and very professional. The food was amazing. Everything tasted delicious and presented very nicely. The experience was worth the money.
