Great smoothies & even more amazing loaded Teas. They are super refreshing and tasteful, with no guilty feelings due to how low calorie and healthy they are! Amazing to sip on throughout the day, or chug half a bottle by the time you get home like I do. Be careful, they are so good, that we constantly want more & more! Staff are always very friendly, and love describing all the flavors which you will need, as they offer a huge range of flavors.

Can't recommend this place enough. Low calorie, hydration awesomeness. Service is always with a smile.

For a tasty, low calorie energy boosting loaded tea (hot and cold available), high protein smoothie, protein coffee and even warm protein oats you can't go past this place. Taste is amazing, but even better is the service. With Loubi and her team it's always service with a smile. Next time you're in Secret Harbour I highly recommend you stop by and give this place a go.

I had the Biscoff and my wife had the Malteser Pleaser, wow……. Just, wow……. I finished mine with a spatula (maybe because this is the first sweet thing I’ve eaten since 6th Jan, gotta love new Years diets).
