Sports Bar was looking awesome, me and a mate went for the Porterhouse special and it was melt in your mouth. Found my new local

What a cool Sports Bar! Went tonight for the karaoke and had a blast. Excellent service from the staff, food was great. I had the lamb shanks for $20, amazing value. Will be back.

Went to the bottle-o on boxing day about 10pm at night to purchase a bottle of wine with a group of friends but I had to leave after 5 minutes because the bottle shop man was being rude and racist to another patron he was serving. My friends and I will never go back there again.

Specials can’t be beat along with a
$6 pint. Don’t be put off by the “cheap” price…it’s good honest pub food.
It might not be where the “cool kids”hang out to see and be seen but that’s only a short walk away.

Beautiful sports bar, enjoyed the karaoke and a hearty meal. The cocktails are seriously good had lemon drop it was so good I ordered one more. Will be back for sure

Went here for our work Xmas pub crawl, they didn’t have any cranberry juice for a vodka cranberry nor did they have coke, Hennessy or gentlemen jacks or craft beer. The chicken wings were not spicy and just battered with a lot of salt. The music didn’t match the demographic and the menu is mid. Very dissatisfied

I took four nights but moved hotels in two days. 　Wi-Fi is too slow to connect. And the bathroom showers are dirty. The washing machine was also crushed. There is no air conditioner in the back house and it is too hot. Worst.

I had my booking cancelled 15 minutes before I was due to check in. Left me absolutely in the lurch having travelled 200 kilometres with concert tickets in my pocket. This was on a Saturday night with no other reasonable Fremantle options at such late notice. They blamed their “system “ and the booking agent.

I've put off making this review in the hopes that my issue would have been resolved by now, but it hasn't.
3 days out from my reservation I received a cancellation email with no explanation until I reached out for one - I was told that they were overbooked so my reservation had been cancelled. That alone is pretty poor, but unfortunately there's not really much the hotel managers or I can do about that so I just requested a full refund. 2 weeks go by, still no refund, so I email to check if it had been processed.
Long story short, I keep getting told the owner will look into it, a few days pass, and I have to follow up with another email. Under Australian Consumer Law, upon failure to provide a service the consumer is entitled to a full refund.
Please refund me my money for cancelling my booking for no fault of my own!

Paid $135 for end room with 2 single beds in TINY space with no TV as advertised and no air con, just a ceiling fan and teeny fridge. Nothing else could fit in room.
Shared male & female toilets and showers a terrible idea! Shared kitchen was well set up, and lounge looked comfy, but both are right in the middle of all the rooms, so noisy.
Our room was worth $80 at a push.
Staff very friendly and kindly got us a $50 discount from manager to be used in the hotel. Luckily the food was good!
New manager apparently, so hopefully this room won't be advertised at this price again, or at least honesty will be used when advertising it.

Excellent venue, management and staff are excellent 10/10 and do everything in their power to cater to guests needs/ requirements. Cant recommend enough.
