The Woodvale Tavern

Unfortunately all meals to our table were overcooked or pretty tasteless.
Meals and drink prices were ok but bar staff were rude and nonchalant.
Better places around.

Started really well service wise and then dropped off. GREAT atmosphere was really rocking this Thurs. Fabulous decor.

Great tavern with a good menu. I had the Chicken Parmi and it was huge … highly recommend a visit. Very friendly staff and a lovely atmosphere.

Went back last Sunday …. Chicken Parmi and chips … it was dry and disgusting … very disappointing …. The Sunday Roast looked good though

A visit to the Woodvale Tavern is a must when visiting Perth. A mix of pub, restaurant, club/disco, live music... Simply "properly Australian" and completely different from what you know from Germany.

Sunday Roast - 3 course meal - creamed parsnip soup, roast beef with six different vegetables and for dessert apple crumble with custard - delicious

Great chill place with a good range of beers. Had the Tuesday ribs and wings special and it was a great feed at a really good price. Will definitely be back.

Good food but was denied takeaway because they were busy despite it being offered, be careful about relying on them

Always enjoy coming here- great atmosphere. Haven’t eaten there for awhile, however I went recently to meet a friend- great place to catch up and have a drink.

A great place for live entertainment and a few drinks and something to eat.
The staff in general are very professional friendly and polite.
Although the decor and feel of the venue is becoming more and more dated as time goes on.

I got the traditional chicken parmigiana and it was so yummy! Good serving size and the dressing on the salad was so tasty. Came here for a work thing and I've never seen so many clean plates! Highly recommend.

Great atmosphere and classic food at a good tavern. Quick service and good deals also available depending on the day of the week.

Very disappointing Onion rings overcooked. Chips and curry sauce - no curry sauce at 12pm lunchtime on a Wednesday. Fish tacos Hardly tasted the fish Too small for the taco

Great atmosphere, really friendly pub, will bend over backwards to try and fit you in, great specials, family friendly, dog friendly and heaps of fun events.

Xmas lunch these past few years has been held in this gorgeous local where they did us proud every time.

Good place to have a quiet drink with friends. Has a big screen up on the wall, chairs tables and lounge chairs. I liked it.

Wow what a beautiful sunday roast and selection of beers, which fetch our family every time from SOR Baldivis.

We had the rib and buffalo special and it was super tasty and really good value. I especially loved the coleslaw it came with.
Nice atmosphere also.

We could not believe it, I like my steak very well done, the wife rare we actually received what we ordered cook to perfection. Great service, Great food, great staff in a great setting, thank you)

Very busy, entree meals (good portion for small eaters) came to table very quickly.the larger meals took a little longer but it gave us all time too catch up and chat.

The Woodvale Tavern supplied me with a great venue for my Wife's wake. I could not have asked for anything better, The venue was great, The Service was great, the snacks provided were excellent.
