I don't usually enjoy costume dress ups but this was fun. Good prices for things i probably wont use again, and i was able to try different things on. Can't do that online! Accessories were included. Thank you.

I was so very impressed by the very enthusiastic and helpful sales lady Kristie. Nothing was too much trouble for her. She was so friendly and lovely to deal with.
She helped me with the perfect costume for a Gatsby themed party. Also finding a costume for my daughter who was unable to get into the store.
There couldn't possibly be anyone more suited to managing this business. Kristie is so passionate about finding you the perfect costume as well as making sure it is something that you are comfortable wearing.
Just when I thought customer service was something of the past. It was so refreshing to be treated as a valued customer. You are a blessing to this business Kristie. Thankyou again.

Excellent customer service. I didn't realise they were closed. The owners husband was there and kindly offered to let me get a costume. Found what I needed and left feeling very happy. This is why I try and support small business in Bunbury.

Hello, i tried calling the store but nobody answered i was wondering if you guys were hiring or looking for anyone

I went into this store today with three excited teenagers.the old lady working there was so rude.people like that shouldnt work in a fun place.lost my sales anyways.

Witnessed some horrid customer service in store in the leadup to Halloween weekend.
Not helpful, brushing off requests and questions and just being rude.
This was enough to make me walk out without making a purchase.
Will not return.

I went into the store yesterday to look for a costume. I was immediately ignored. I tried to ask someone for help and was shrugged off. Then I watched a older lady be rude and blunt to another customer. I walked out Immediately. Will not be returning and will be informing everyone I know not to go there.

The shop was very busy when we arrived, but the Owner/Assistant - (Sue) took the time to greet us and said she would be with us asap. We were happy to wait as it gave us a chance to browse through the great range of costumes on offer and there was also loads of accessories to choose from.
Thanks Sue for making it a fun time picking out our "rigs". Great service and very reasonable pricing. A big thumbs up from us.

Phoned, looking for a gnome costumes.
No help at all and pretty much brushed my request off.

Good range but no sizes on the costumes and not even in size order so had to spend more time going through those to find one that would fit and I believe it to be slightly over priced

Massive range of costumes at good prices. The lady there is so lovely and more than happy to help find what you're looking for! The new store looks great too and plenty of parking out the front.

My husband hired a costume for a party. When he got home and tried the costume on the zip was busted.
When i took it back in I explained to the lady who said she would get the zip fixed. What im annoyed about there was no offer of a refund or even a store credit.
So we paid $35 for the privilege of having a broken costume for the weekend that was unuseable
