3A beautiful place to stay with lively decor. Can't wait to get back. Anne is awesome!
We stayed for the weekend at The White House B&B in Lavender Cottage, which is free standing and adjoining the B&B.
Manjimup is really coming of age for tourism and this B&B was so cozy and comfortable at a very reasonable price.
Lavender Cottage itself has a very comfortable Queen size bed, separate modern bathroom, its own kitchenette and such a romantic atmosphere with the woodburner and plenty of wood supplied. The fire behind the glass screen at night was wonderful, without the slightest hint of smoke.
The big screen TV visible from bed and the lounge room was also welcome, as was the spotlessly clean condition of the B&B.
Most of all, the White House hosts Anne and Pat were very attentive and made sure we were well looked after, including breakfast to start us off every day.
We were in Manjimup for the glorious, gourmet Truffle Kerfuffle in the beautiful southern forest setting, and we loved every minute of it.
From The White House, we could walk everywhere in town including to the new Coffee Roasters and the impressive Tall Timbers restaurant and wine bar, which beats anything we've found in Margaret River or Dunsborough.
Thanks Anne and Pat - it's great to see that country hospitality and that beautiful, natural way of life is alive and well in Manjimup.
Wonderful hosts, house is spacious clean and beautifully decorated. Quiet and relaxed. Has beautiful verandas aircon and heating. Lovely spa bath is an added bonus
