Yesterday my girlfriend and I, were awaiting our 15 minute over the phone consult. The appointment was for 1: 30pm. I had a phone call 40 minutes later, for which they left a voice message, and no apology for ringing late. This is so unprofessional, as the consult would have led to further discussions. We were serious about getting financial advice. We will be taking our business elsewhere. We will also be telling our family and friends to stay away from this company.
