Retic Repairs are $99 callout fee and $99 Per hour. Errrr no.
Pricing is all over the place. Check online before putting your hard earned down. Much cheaper options around if you look.

Sold me secondhand sprinklers then refused a refund. Instead insisted on testing the sprinklers he had sold me. Nothing wrong with them, he says. Told him I’m not leaving without getting what I paid for, brand new sprinklers. He then implied that I was lying, told me to flush sprinklers before fitting, refused a refund and told me to get out of his shop. Disgusting customer service after having spent close to $1000 dollars here in recent months.

Great shop, great products, knowledgeable and helpful staff that were patient and went out of their way to help me solve my retic problems, thanks guys and girls!

Went to the water shed in midland and they were very helpful. Great customer service and advice.

My elderly parents first used the services of this company about 10 years ago and could not fault them. Used there services again recently, different workers came out and for what work they done I could not believe the price my parents where charged, then after a week or so the retic did not seem to be working very well, used the services of another company and the whole system was full of sand! (they did not flush the lines) Every dripper had to be unblocked, the main isolation valve was replaced as it could not be tuned off and 4 leaks (one in the main line) where discovered, 4 hrs work and charged 1/3 the price of what Watershed charged my parents for what work they done!

These guys are fantastic! I brought in a plan of my garden and they designed the irrigation for free, then loaded me up with everything I needed and gave heaps of advice. I ended up with some spares and they were happy to refund them. Awesome service. Thoroughly recommend.

Excellent service very happy with the new garden reticulation system, it saves me lots of time. The advice and support is great too, also the staff are very knowledgeable and go the extra mile to help. Definitely recommend this business, I will buy from here again.
