The Vines Resort - Golf Course

We live locally and the Cafe & Bar serve excellent value for money menu and the staff are always friendly. Nice to have a quality venue close to home

Ok have stayed in apartments many times over the years
This time I was there fir 10 days over Christmas into new year
Before booking asked if we could use the big pool as have teenagers once there kids were told that they couldn't as it was for guests only,
Coffee machine was a no go as I went to make a coffee from it soon as it heated coachroach came out from it and no it was not a outdoor roach I left it on floor where it landed after I killed it reception sent room service to come and sort it she sprayed raid around edgings in kitchen and left so that didn't stop 1 more roach showing up in cutley draw 2 days before I left by then I had my own spray saw no point in calling again as she wasn't happy to come over for 1 roach that was all ready dead
no baking tray to cook in oven
Servicing came on 4th day I said yes to have apartment serviced 1 toilet roll per bathroom asked for couple more no sorry don't have anymore, it was half vacuumed
So then went to use doona next day it was ruffled up so I moved it as hadn't Been using it it was dirty was not clean and smelled
Check other 1s in rooms 1 single had pee stains on it and where old looking
Removed them and used sheets and blankets
On day left told the reception that they should get the housecleaning supervisor to go thru and check as they are not washing doonas on servicing rooms or when apartments are vacated which is really BAD
So hopefully they pick up their game as its not a CHEAP PLACE and people expect things to be clean what your going to sleep on
Disappointing vacation
So will not be going back again

We got married here in December 2022. Since then, the Resort has held a special place in our hearts. Staff are always amazing to deal with, the rooms are clean and look fantastic, and the service is great. Everything about this place is great. We will continue to go back for our anniversary and for special occasions in-between.

The last 3 days have been trying to call and not once have a gotten through or even able to talk to anyone on the other end of the line.it keeps hanging up.please do something about this immediately

Always a great place to stay, whether for a weekend away or a longer vacation. Close enough to the city, but it feels more of a country type of resort. I highly recommend trying this place if you haven't already.

The only minor criticism is rooms are not always as clean as I would expect, and sometimes the wedding parties can be a bit rowdy in the early hours of the morning.

Not enough is said for the fantastic staff that make the Vines Golf Club what it is today. Well done.
Also the gardeners that work so hard to keep the course in top quality condition.

Have stayed here numerous times. A couple of times over the years but was so disappointed from our recent stay. Hotel was clean and spacious however the quality of the food at the vines cafe was terrible and over priced. Very disappointed. Would have said it’s kid friendly however we were told off about kids running around

We had a nice one night stay here. Comfy beds, clean and the outlook from the room was lovely. Unfortunately the check in process needed a big improvement. I rang earlier that day to see if it was possible to check in any earlier and the lady told me ‘your room is ready so you can come when you would like’ I said ‘great I’ll see you soon’. When I arrived and asked to check in the lady at reception claimed that no one told me that and my room wasn’t ready? Not sure why I would make that up. After some confusion I was given my room with no apologies. Fair enough if it was my mistake but I was clearly told that on the phone so there must’ve been some miscommunication or they made a mistake in the first place. Only down side was the check in process.

Great golf course. Love playing the lakes, alot of challenging holes and the course keeps you on your toes the whole way around.

Such a great spot for a staycation! Excellent facilities, sparkling clean, beautiful surroundings and friendly customer service!

Went for a long weekend and stayed in a tenth tee villa, was perfect with a lovely pool outside our villa. Great mini golf and live music on the weekend evenings, lots of different areas to go to in the grounds. Greeted by the lovely receptionist Edis who made us feel so welcome and went the extra mile to ensure our stay was enjoyable, all the staff were lovely.

Beautiful place, stunning food. Great for families. Lots to do. Looking forward to having our wedding day at this amazing place. The staff are so friendly and warm. Professional and so helpful.

Very beautiful place, played golf here few times over the last 12 years but I feel like the ellenbrook course isn't as well maintained as it used to be. The resort looks like a great place to stay. Keep an eye out for special offers for golf. Loads of kangaroos and birdlife on the course good challenge for golf lovers. Many bunkers and sand is firm.

Had a wonderful two night stay, however the duty manager Bernie was rude, hostile and lacked customer service.
I asked her if we would be able to change rooms, same configuration different location as based on previous stays we had delightful views of the vines or course (we were overlooking the carpark) After she looked my daughter up and down she addressed me with her hands in her pockets saying that she had already told my husband that she couldn't move us and that I didn't have to stay, I could have my money back. I can only assume that she was having a bad day, however a gentleman playing golf that evening told us she'd been rude for the past few days.
James on reception was absolutely fantastic, five star manner and customer service. Thank you James!
Ella in the Meerkat restaurant was also an absolute delight, It broke my heart how hard she worked whilst her two colleagues were chatting, laughing when she dropped a piece of cutlery and sitting down to wipe the tables.

The rooms are spacious and beautifully furnished.
The refrigerator in the room was barely room temperature.
Room service was excellent.
The gentleman supervising the pool area (he remembered us from previous stays) was fabulous, polite and lovely to meet again.
We'd definitely stay again but will check which duty manager is on before checking in

Had our wedding here on the 16/01/2022 and I must say it was such a fantastic day! Venue and staff were amazing and accommodating for all. Unfortunately we got hit with the mask mandate but the venue went above and beyond to help. We did have a slight hiccup when the power went out but once again staff were amazing. Our rooms were kept clean as well as the grounds around. Great wildlife just hanging around as well! Can't wait to return!

Beautiful resort and prices in their cafe were very reasonable. Food choices were good, too. Played mini golf which was a lot of fun. To top it off there are quite a lot of kangaroos there, some of which were jumping around.

My friend and I just enjoyed a wonderful 2 night stay at The Vines resort. We were so impressed with the excellent facilities and the food we ate at the cafe was delicious and huge portions. Special mention must be made to Tania's amazing customer service at Muscat's restaurant and Bernadette at reception. Thank you so much for making our getaway so memorable!

Great day out affordable price for a quite roud of golf good and friendly caffè shop great not far from major roads great taver with lots of different beers on tap great food love it

Awesome, beautiful suite, great spa. It was so lovely and big. Very relaxing. Lovely bar and restaurant staff. Great food. Staff at front desk also very good. Yes, the place is older but in my view that adds to the charm. All very clean.

Everyone was so friendly and welcoming.we where there to celebrate my son and daughter in law wedding renewal.the staff could.not have been any more helpful.we highly recommend this place to anyone.my friends an I that had a 3 bedroom apartment would not hesitate in staying again we thoughly enjoyed our time there
