Liam and his team have always provided amazing care for my cats and I. I have moved from East Fremantle but will still probably take one of my cats to see them because they have looked after her so well for many years.

Been coming here for 10 years. Great customer service & best care for your pets. The staff genuinely love and treat your animal like their own.

My pooch and I had an excellent experience at our new veterinary clinic. Emma was thorough and understanding and very gentle with our old boy. We will be back.

Always have had great experiences here. Currently seeing Emma who is knowledgeable and compassionate.

The team take the time and effort to truly explain things in the most friendly manner. I felt their opinion was totally honest, caring and genuine. So so thrilled we came to The Vet Connection.

The Vet Connection is a fully equipt hospital that I know my baby meow meows can get all the work up they need under the care of extremely capable, caring and acedemic vets and nurses. I love that they have all the toys to do basically anything in house. Amazing hospital. Have recommended to several friends and family and they have all been blown away by the service.

If I could give a minus score I would. Take heed of Ben Sporn's 1-star review, with which I wholeheartedly concur, and beware of coercive persuasion. In the reply below, you speak of 'abusive text messages'. More misrepresentations, like those you gave to the Vet Board when we complained about what we considered your unconscionable behaviour (I know that because I obtained the transcripts through Freedom of Information). I only ever texted that I wanted 'justice for Twinkle'. That's not abusive, that's fact. The reason I didn't take matters further, as the Vet Board informed me I had the right to do, was that it would have caused me to once again relive the terrible memories of what our dog suffered as a result of your gratuitous 'tests', during which you both ignored my previous requests that certain medications NOT be given and failed to inform me of your intentions to do so. Also, you only suggested a specialist referral when, a day later, my husband and I confronted you with the damage that had been done. Other people have posted negative reviews similar to mine, but when you changed the name of the business they disappeared. I'm sharing my opinion in light of my own experiences, as it is my right to do. I am happy to stand before a court of law if necessary to defend my views.

Such a wonderful family owned clinic run by caring and dedicated staff! There are always lovely smiling nurses at the front desk to greet my dog Maggie and I with some treats when we arrive which makes her (and me!) feel at ease. Dr Liam and Dr Kristin are incredibly knowledgable, kind and experienced, and always work with me to fix any problems little Maggie has. I wouldn't take her anywhere else, thank you to all the staff there!

Could not recommend this wonderful practice enough. All the staff are so welcoming and friendly. We are first time pet owners and the advice and support we have received since we picked up our new puppy has been amazing. From free first puppy consult to vaccinations to Neutering to random routine visits, his care has been carried out in a calm and professional manner. Recently our little puppy, Max has had an eye injury. From initial assessment to follow up, we have been very impressed with the level of care he has received. He ended up being referred to an eye hospital and had surgery requiring eye drops, three times daily. This became a huge challenge for our family as it was almost impossible for us to administer his eye medication. The Team at Vet Connection came to our aid to help and have supported us all the way. They have taken away all the stress and worry that we were going through. Thank you so very much to all the team. Max still loves going to visit despite all he’s going through which is testament to how well the staff look after him. Wonderful job and wonderful people.

Great service and the most lovely people working here. Our cat Midas comes here for regular checks and he recently went through surgery, proving the team, leaded by Dr. Liam and nurses, are so knowledgeable and keen to help. Can't recommend enough.

I attended the Vet Connection as a veterinary student on placement. The team was very welcoming, supportive and had a wonderful hands-on learning environment. I had a great time and learnt a lot with the clinic!

We have been attending the vet connection for many years, and now regard Dr Liam and Dr Kristen as part of our family! Our two older boxer dogs had many cancers and we were looked after and advised about treatment and care and support, the middle photo is Cass who had a massive mast cell tumour on his ear, Dr Liam removed the tumour and the aftercare and support was second to none and absolutely professional we even left him with Liam and Kristen the while we were at work which he really enjoyed!
Our Henry wasn’t very well one weekend and Dr Liam came twice a day to check on him (luckily we were just up the street!) but then on the Saturday afternoon things were not looking good, he came and picked both Henry and myself up and took us back to the surgery and further tests decided that Henry was not a well boy, so the decision was made, Julie and Liam made it very peaceful moving on a few weeks Henry’s Soul mate went in for a routine op and we found out that he had heart problems, for the next two years we were a regular visitor to the vet connection where Dr Liam had his cuddles with Cass and of course check ups, all the vet nurses loved him, but of course one day we had to make the call, Dr Liam and Dr Kristen with his favorite nurse Julie came to our home and said goodbye to Cass, such understanding and compassion was shown to our Cass and us.
Now we have two more boxers Basil and Betty, the white guy basil who got stung by a bee! We were seen straight away, looked after and home again x

By far the best vet clinic I've ever dealt with. Lovely staff and can tell they're all passionate about working with animals.

Have always taken our dogs here. Very professional and friendly and thorough in what they do. Talking with others the pricing seems very reasonable compared to other vet services.

Took my Winston there and was very happy with our experience. Winston was calm the entire time. Liam and his team were thorough and recommended treatment that was right for our boy. Will definitely be coming back. Thank you!

Very detailed and professional vets with the loveliest nursing staffs. We've been bringing our beagle here for years, and always get the best service.

I have been taking my pets to The Vet Connection (formerly East Fremantle Vet) for at least 6 years. Dr Liam, Dr Kristin and their team have always guided and helped me through my pets normal health problems, the more difficult issues and the saddest of losses that we have endured. This is a Vet Surgery that is Full of, Love, Empathy, Caring, Friendship and when all is well Fun!
I cannot recommend The Vet Connection Team highly enough!

I just want to say a massive thank you to Dr Liam and the team for squeezing us in today. I was very concerned about my puppy Sooty and I’m so glad that we got scans done to work out what was causing his vomiting. This could have been much worse if left and we go into full isolation. Thank you for caring thank you for looking after Sooty. I always know my pets are in the best hands at Vet Connection East Fremantle. We wouldn’t go anywhere else.
