I take a client every Monday and, as well as the food being delicious, the staff are unfailingly friendly and helpful.

Absolutely banging place! The food was something to remember, the staff where so wonderful and kind and the atmosphere is just so warm and cozy, you really just feel great eating here.all in all a wonderful coffee shop and wonderful vibes

Lovely food and service. Brekky menu is nice and has a great selection. They could use some attention to the seating plans as table space is not the best. Also storage area at end of verandah is taking up valuable seating space. We will eat here again on return to Busselton.

BEST FOOD, BEST STAFF, BEST EXPERIENCE. I am gluten free, and boy I have never seen so many GFO applied to the menu. They made the most Devine French toast and avo toast gluten free, and I look forward to trying everything in their cabinet. Thank you Urban Coffee House.

Great coffee and food spot in Busselton. On the main road (very easy to find AND park!) Nice coffee (courtesy of Segafredo's) and great desserts. Dogs are welcome which was a nice addition.

1 star for being dog friendly and another star for the food coming out so quickly. But the food is average and the coffee tastes like warm milk. Sourdough was like cardboard, the zucchini was over cooked to limp sogginess and the beans in the vegan dish were very lacklustre (like chalky mushy tin beans). I love that the menu has healthy options, but unfortunately taste was not there.

My family and I came here for breakfast and ordered our food just to be told they had no mushrooms but they ended up compensating for extra sausages with our meal so everything was going well until my family wanted water, I was told the water bottles and cups were in the fridge in the corner and so I went over and grabbed a bottle of water and cups they had… as I started pouring into the cups I noticed they all had black bits in them, so I put them to the side and saw proper clean glass cups they had up on the shelf just to be yelled at by a youngish lady in grey hair staff or owner I’m not sure to put them back and that they were glassware she was using for making the coffees and so I said back to her that all the other cups in the fridge were all dirty and so I kept walking with them and poured our waters each just to watch one of the other staff members look at all the cups in the fridge and take them all back behind the kitchen to wash them… it’s a shame the service was so bad because the food and coffee was actually really good but that lady needs to work on her customer service skills.

A very good value tasty breakfast and excellent coffee. The best value breakfast we have experienced for a long time. Dog friendly which is important to us.

Sweet potato is very unique in here. Wood fire bread is dry, maybe Turkish bread is better to replace that. Coffee was nice. Staff are friendly and good service.

Great spot for a refuel. Beautiful fresh juices, good food, excellent coffee and friendly staff.

The french toast is barely soft and resembles more of a wooden plank than a piece of soft bread. French toast is bread soaked in eggs and milk and fried, this version is bread barely fried and does not appear to be soaked in egg and milk. The baked beans are just from a can and are not even homemade like the menu indicates. The only good part of my experience is the pancakes and they were very good.
