The Time Mini Hotpot

I've been here a couple of times before, and usually, its lovely with no issues. Unfortunately the most recent time I went, they messed up our order, putting meat in a vegetarian soup. We had triple checked that there was no meat in the veggies/noodles we picked.

When asked about the meat in the soup, a manager said that we must've put meat in the soup, and that the kitchen couldn't have messed up our order. They did offer a remade bowl at a discount, but we didn't take up on their offer. The manager seemed like he didn't want to offer it in the first place.

During our meal, the staff were seated at a table in the corner, gesturing at us and talking in an agitated manner: (. It felt rather unprofessional.

Usually this place is lovely but this experience really ruined it for us. Please do better: (

I totally forgot to take a picture but Aunty handmade the best lychee and lemon iced tea, definitely worth the trip. 10/10 food and service, and a welcoming environment. Will come again.

It’s expensive for a malatang restaurant
I think it would have been a shame if I didn't get the sale.
And the lighting is so blue that it looks like a picture of loss of appetite.

The lady at the counter offered us 40% off lyche lemon tea (which was so good btw) and she took her time to make it for us and she was so happy about it! Staff are so friendly and will definitely come again

Too strong taste i felt.the taste will last on your tongue for a while. I personally doesn’t like the food i stay smelling from my stomach and that was exactly it.still taste good however strong.everyone were getting 20% off for some reason so pretty affordable it was.

Beware of over charging. 3 out of 5 of us got charged exactly $36.99 which is not possible as our selections were entirely different. One had about 600gms another 1000gms another about 800gms.

Good selection. Good taste. Good location.

Your explanation still does not help on over charging for 3 different weights.

I packed hotpot this restaurant and after went to the Korean market across the street to buy somethings. But the soup has spilled, i think that the lid was not tightly closed.so the paper bag was broken and some ingredients and soup spilled on the floor. I picked up the food spilled on the floor and went back to the store to complain. They said they would make it again and asked for the ingredients to be put back in. I tried to put the same ingredients as the first one, but there were some missing ingredients, so I put in some other ingredients. When I came home and ate, the first ingredients that I didn't have in the bowl were in the bowl. They boiled the food I took back and gave it to me. I complained on the phone, but they said it was right to make a new one. As a result, I paid to boil the dirty food that had spilled on the floor again, and he rather criticized me.

Come and try this restaurant today because many nationalities I’ve known said to me that this hot pot (in a bowl) was delicious.

Upon arrival, it is advisable to find a table first and pick up a bronze pot with tongs ready, then choose the food you like. Walk to the counter to weigh your food, choose a soup (pictured is Szechuan Soup), pay and then sit and wait.

I want to say it's delicious. I have been wanting to eat hot pot like this for a long time. I ordered medium spicy. Eating in the winter is very good. Feel the body warm. So… I already believe that this restaurant is really good.

Although the restaurant is small, it is well organised. The staff are very friendly and the food is delicious and fast!

Honestly the best mini hotpot in the cbd area. Tried out the others but this place has way more variety and flavours just hit the spot. Would 100% recommend for everyone to pay them a visit.

Only downside is that they often ran out of tables. So prob visit them early.

Small restaurant but very flavoursome and delicious broths. The chef's signature broth is delicious and comes in mild, medium and spicy. I can't handle spicy and the mild version was perfect. This is broth I always get now. I've also tried the sour cabbage broth in mild but it was a lot more spicy for me but still very delicious.
They have alot of options for ingredients, like vegies, noodles, seafood and meat and frozen cut meats like lamb, beef and pork. I like that all ingredients had English labels so I knew what I was going to get. The chef also cuts your food into bitesize peices so this is awesome since a lot of places don't do this and it's awkward and messy to eat. The only problem you have to get the entire dried bean curd roll or the entire egg-tofu package.

I come here almost every week.lovely owner and staff.
Would be nice if all options are available all the time.but understand supply issues so that's why I still give them 5 stars

Not many seats in store. Funny dining experience. I ordered a soft spicy soup. But it’s still too spicy for me. Luckily, thy willing to change whole soup for me. Really appreciate.

Yes, it was a nice foodie experience, the (Chilli) is very peppery. Recommend mild 1st time around and going for Hot - perhaps the following. The Single speaker was annoying, fit a 2nd and 3rd to balance the acoustics.

The broth was too salty, so we ask for boiled or tap water to dilute the soup. However, the staff refused and asked me to buy the water bottles in the fridge instead.

Amazing place for my mala fix. Best place in Perth for sure. The broth is legit like the ones from China and they have a wide variety of broth. After eating, you won't feel lethargic or thirsty like when dining at other establisments that use excessive amount of MSG. The service is also impeccable. Been here 3 times in a week and will continue to come back.

I order from this place once in a while but when I do, the food is good. Overall extremely enjoyable.

Staff was so friendly today and the customer service was nice too. The food came quite quickly and the broth was so good! They even put on the birthday song for my friend it was so special:) will come back here again

Shared a mini hotpot with the missus. Had the original broth which was a creamy spicy soup base which was excellent. I normally quite like it spicy but got the mild and found it fairly comforting. Ingredients tasted fresh and the lady was quite friendly. I'll be going back.

Tried just now and amazingly delicious. The owner is also friendly and helpful to us - first time customers will come back for all other broth flavours
