Great accommodations! Cathy was INCREDIBLY helpful, polite and literally went above and beyond for us! Service with a beautiful smile and more! This place is ovbs not the ritz but for the price & what’s included you really get your money’s worth! (Making it better than the ritz imo) With the incredible location as well I’d rather be staying here than downtown perth at the nicest hotel! (I honestly did already and prefer this location) I’m pretty picky/high maintenance when it comes to my comfort level which is why I usually stay and 5 star places but something about this place makes me feel comfortable and at home from day one! So happy to find this place!

The units seem lovely but the front of desk staff were extremely unhelpful when I was enquiring for more information!

It’s been a while since I felt at home. This place has been nothing but welcoming. Anything you possibly need is within reach. Thank you to all the staff

A nice place close to the beach & the vibrant Scarborough with all its pubs. Great to make new friends and meet people from all over the world. I enjoyed it very much and I recommend it to anyone who likes shared living but still wants their own private space.

I have been a resident at the Tide for nearly a year now and I love it here. Perfectly located in the heart of Scarborough with everything you need within walking distance, making it easy to enjoy the beach lifestyle. The complex itself is beautifully maintained, with friendly onsite staff to ensure everything runs smoothly. The atmosphere amongst the tenants is super friendly, safe and inclusive. This is communal living done right.

Had the greatest experience here as a young individual. Great place to meet people if you are new to Perth/Area. Surrounded by lovely people and plenty of things to do and see around (in and around The Tide).

Shout out to Phil/Tessa and Cathy for being great onsite supervisors. You'll be in great hands.

Connor, Karin and the team were very accommodating and made the experience as pleasurable as possible.

So pleased that I found The Tide. It was a great base for 4 weeks whilst visiting family. The room was spacious with excellent air-con, clean fridge and microwave and a lovely balcony. The kitchen, lounges and all shared spaces were kept clean and tidy. There is an on-site laundrette. The other residents were friendly. It's a few minutes walk from Scarborough beach front and buses run regularly to shopping centres and Perth.

Thanks for the great experience of Scarborough so far. Close to the beach and restaurants it’s nice and convenient! Thanks to Connar the Celsius property manager who has helped us settle in.

A classic expectation vs reality fail (see photo)!
Do yourself a favour and don't stay in this "fully furnished" prison style accomodation.
The garden and common rooms were nice, but the room was dirty, cold, ugly, not fully furnished and nothing like the pictures on their advertising. Lots of furniture was broken and in a disgusting state. Not sure who runs this place as they have never introduced themselves but they are doing an awful job. Can't really receive any post there. Laundry machines either broken or always in use by strangers. Just don't come here.

Edit: 1 day after I wrote this review an "onsite staff member" leaves a review talking about "how friendly the onsite staff is"
Getting your staff to pretend to be a genuine guest and leave a positive review.
P. S Cathy, your balcony light has been on nonstop for 4 months now. Save some penguins and turn it off.

The flat is nice but we’ve been trying to get cleaning for more than a month and nobody came. AND we got no electricity for a few days and nobody cared even if we sent many emails. All we had in our fridge died, and my boyfriend couldn’t set up an alarm to wake up to go to work. It’s awful.

I’ve just moved into the tide co living.
From the first contact with David Kirkbride for information he has been nothing but helpful.
He arranged times for viewing around my
Schedule. He showed me every option available he was easy to question and his main concern seemed to make sure I was comfortable.

I’m back from traveling and wanted a place to relax close to shops and the beach without having to be tied to bills but couldn’t find any place.a friend heard about the tide I went to see it that day and moved in the next great experience so far.cheers guys

I only moved in a few days and its Absolutely perfect little unit that meets all my needs.its clean and cozy and peaceful considering its on West coast highway.its a friendly vibrant environment and i am excited to be here.it has the basics and all i needed was a potplant and a few trinkets to call it my home. The Tide's Property Manager David Kirkbride was ever so helpful and a kind person who genuinely cares for The Tide community so thank you so much and am glad to be a part of this co-living experience.

I have been staying at The Tide, Scarborough for the past 4 weeks and could recommend this to anyone looking for a safe and friendly environment. The whole place has just been renovated and caters for all ages looking for somewhere close to the beach and shops. My room is great size and can’t fault on anything. Other residents are very friendly and the staff are very accommodating for each individual residents needs.

Really bad, rusty kettle, smelly room, pealing paint on walls, hair on floor AND they want $100 security deposit! Travel lodge wanted $1. Gordon Ramsey needs to come help (or the Aussie equivalent) Surely they can put some money into upgrading, especially since they are so close to the beach & we were told that they are fully booked.
