Went to get a Gold facial done at Maddington Threading Co on 2/4/23 but the lady who was working there refused service and turned me away stating that I needed to book an appointment for a facial before coming since she could not give me her time, being the only staff on shift. I told her that I specifically came for this service from Armadale and it was not mentioned anywhere on the Threading co handouts that I needed to have made an appointment to receive this service. I also tried to negotiated a time for that same day but went back home disappointed. The service had two customers at the time who had just finished their service at approx 12PM.

I have edited my above comment to “Threading co” from “Arc threading” as I had made an error. Please note, I am a regular customer at the Threading Co in Armadale and have never had any such issues with their services.

Photos of Threading Co handouts have been uploaded from 2/4/23 & 8/4/23 and both handouts do not mention about appointment requirements for any service. Owners, please kindly mention in your handouts that appointments are required for your services for a better customer experience, as we customers take time out from our personal & family time to travel and visit you for the pampering experience you promised.

If I could 0 stars I would! Literally just walked out of here and want to cry! My eyebrows are my pride and joy and I hadn’t had them threaded in a month so decided to give this place a try. WORST MISTAKE! Avoid at all cost

I visited with my daughters and each of our requests were correctly done and the Beauty Technician was informative and gave awesome advice regarding the shape of our eyebrows and Brow tinting.

Horrible threading experience, I specifically told the lady keep them as thick as possible I walked out with thin eyebrows with a massive gap in the middle, I also told her I wanted a tint done, she over did the eyebrows to make them look thicker and it just looked absolutely horrible! Wish I had the courage to refuse paying. Will never be back.

I made a booking online yesterday for eyelash extensions. I had no confirmation message or call so I called the salon to be told they can't do eyelash extensions in the afternoon. I'm not sure why I was able to book online if the service is unavailable? Very disappointed
