Not one star, negative 5 stars. This place, & the 'member' who oversees cases are both a compete joke & a waste of taxpayers money!
They need to get rid of that dictator of a woman & completely overhaul the tyrannical archaic organisation/dept she works for. What a joke of a place & the so called 'woman' who runs the show there.

I describe my experience of the SAT process as an "incompetent,
indecisive absurdity. " The single greatest impediment to our prosperity as a society is the unbridled, breathtakingly incompetent, unaccountable bureaucracy. Not just this bucket of slime, the whole fn cesspool.

Along with the office of Public Advocate the SAT must be disbanded. The 2 entities have made their decision prior to the hearing. Also the laws regarding Enduring Power of Attorney and Enduring Power of Guardianship, especially in regards to a person who is not a descendant obtaining that need a total overhaul.

This institution is a waste of taxpayers money. You can’t get any information at the best of time

Quite possibly the most incompetent and unresponsive public service on sale in WA (including the grossly under-funded health system that is an embarrassment to the presiding government). Shame on you.

I am extremely happy with how the SAT has dealt with our case after the online application was lodged last Friday. A representation called Lisa was extremely professional and relatable. She communicated in a concise manner and gave clear direction. Lisa called this morning to provide an update of the progress and all I can say is I am still in shock that the SAT acted so quickly to ensure the person this is all about is taken care of. Thank you so much. We as a family would have been lost if it were not for you.

Our recent experience at the SAT was very positive, with focus on protecting the independence and dignity of a vulnerable young man, who was facing vexatious allegations of being ‘incompetent’. The presiding lawyer was warm and positive with her interactions, and thereby made what could have been an onerous hearing into a positive experience.
I feel sure that whatever the outcome her attitude and clear respect would have contributed to a positive experience.

The girls are so rude
They all have a high school mentally
Unfit for this work.in this case best the women are underpaid.
Clearly curupt and uncaring.
God knows how they sleep at night.

I see one of the members gave a good review which is understandable, no good for the general public though. Its a silly place.

Unbelievable place of injustice. Devastating and ignores neglect and abuse of people whom it is meant to protect. Gatekept the person whom hearing is about and doesn't allow him to attend hearings while taking his human rights. Just inhumane.

Dealt with them last week over an issue.
The whole reason I was advised to go there was to help the situation.

In fact it was made worse by this organisation - not getting back to me, not providing reasons for their decisions - nobody knowing what’s going on.

It’s an absolute comedy club in there - with staff even lying about their names over the phone.
Very condescending.

Was of tax payers money and should be shut down ASAP.

The members that also work here have no care factor about the decisions they make and how it affects lively hoods and the community. They need to be investigated into their conduct within their roles.

Absolutely disgusted this establishment still exists.

Dealt with this organisation this week, and was horrified into their incompetence.
No one has any idea what’s going on - but their quick to take your hard earned cash.
Someone really needs to investigate it and shut it down.
Disgrace to our society with no purpose to the applicant!
I feel sorry for anyone that has the misfortune to cross paths with them!
God give the person strength who has to deal with this rubble of people, called an organisation.

Just need to look at all the reviews on here. It’s not 1 person it’s everybody that deals with them that walks away unsatisfied.

Recently applied for Guardianship & Administration for an older brother. I found the staff knowledgeable, patient & understanding. The process was straightforward and the presiding member communicated clearly which greatly assisted me to feel confident in the proceeding.

Biased, pretentious, partial and mismanaged entity. Needs to be overhauled and investigated. Suits and works in the interest of special interest groups and a mockery of justice. It is a ridicule to the justice system and disgrace to any equality or justice. Not to mention the quick changing legislation and law to suit the needs of the special interest groups. Lacks any fairness, empathy and seriously biased. Court evidence and documents went missing and no accountability sighted. Verdict was biased, delayed, excessive, unwarranted and complete failure of fair procedural fairness. No knowledge nor ability to govern or understand vocational interests or reasoning. Simply a farce of lies and misgivings dished out by some and of course same lawyers who are backed by capital of special interest groups who have open reign in these biased proceedings. Serious misconduct and misuse of public office and power. Would advise caution and recommend change and accountability at the earliest.
Note- These are not allegations towards one person nor the State Administrative Tribunal in general rather my own personal views of my own personal experience and proceedings. Personally not satisfied nor impressed with this Tribunal. Rather think it lacks fairness, equality, empathy, security, and justice.
Good doctors and practitioners are losing there livelihoods due to the ills of the private Health Insures and there fraudulent methods. Laws and legislation being amended and passed to favor these changes needs to stop.private health insurers are no the regulator and the regulator -AHPRA needs to stop disclosing personal and private information to third parties. The State Administrative Tribunal needs to see clarity, fairness and be impartial in its dealing because it is being given improper and incorrect information. There is a mighty difference between one person and a massive entity, and yes each person deserves justice.
