I have been to this store twice a month as staffs are friendly and welcoming, especially, the owner.

I went to the store this morning and bought over $50, however the service was shocking when I was about to pay. The girl, named Soraya, told us with unpleasant tone that we had to write down codes on each bag. She did not put sticky tapes or close the top of each bag when one small bag was about to fall out and she told me " carry it " angrily which you can see obviously on her face. I was not asked if I have membership there as other staff usually asks. Neither did I have a carry bag at the end.

I saw some people in front also having the same issues and even the feedback from another customer from last month. I will not come back to this store again because of terrible service.

I've been coming here regularly for a few weeks now and I've got to say that I love this store. The range is fantastic and the staff are both friendly and helpful. I've recieved some useful advice from the staff too. It's nice being able avoid plastic packaging and bags. I also like the selection of jars for sale. I'm organising my pantry so it's very handy.

This is a good place if you are looking for nuts, sweets, all kind of flours, seeds, dried fruits, and the list goes on. They are not cheap, but you can be sure they are pure, organic, natural. You have scoops and you can put in the bag how much you need, and I believe this is a good thing to avoid waste. They used to have the whey protein powder, but now they only have it flavoured with vanilla or chocolate, or pea protein powder. It is better to buy the purest product instead of the big tubs that you usually find in other places, and which I am not sure that is only protein. They have any imaginable flour and a wide variety of nuts, cereals, and grains. The peanut butter and almond butter are amazing and if we talk about sweats, the frozen berries in chocolate, or nuts in chocolate are my favs. They also have boxes, jars, bottles, and other storage items. The store is always clean and nicely stocked and staff ready to help you if you have questions. It is a pleasure to go to the ‘health store’ as I call it.
I usually store the produce in jars that I have at home, it is best to take them out from the paper bag immediately.

Great variety of good quality products. A good place to do your shopping if you want to reduce plastic waste.

Bought some stuff here today but wont go back to the chain store. Unpleasant shoppin exp.the staff follow u around like leaches thinkin ur gonna steal.prices are higher for bulk organic foods than same packaged sourced organic food u can buy in supermarkets.no savings despite no packaging.its like greenwashing all their products under da banner of reducing waste n packaging.price difference n service not worrth da effort

Love, love, love this store. A great step to moving away from plastics. However, what is with the plastic membership card? ! Is that what they call an oxymoron?

Great range of products. But was overcharged by about $10 and didn't realise until I got home. And wasn't given a receipt so can't go back and ask. Will not be returning. Can get the same organic products elsewhere much cheaper.

It's where my favorite macadamia, chocolate and all the nuts are gathered.
And it's good that I can put as much honey as I need in the bottle.
I wanted to buy them all and take them home.

This is one of my favourite shops In Perth. I adore their dark chocolate buttons & the dark chocolate coated Turkish Delight.yummy! I could quite happily bankrupt myself just buying these 2 items.

I guess I should mention all the wonderfully healthy & organic products you can purchase there too but I very rarely make it past the chocolate section although, I do see the vast selection they have on offer, in the distance.

And, can I mention the staff; friendly, helpful & they're very willing to direct you to all the tastiest chocolate.bit of a theme here

Love this place! I have tried magnesium flakes after gym and its sooo good.
I always buy olive oil from there, couscous, oats, cereal, etc. Everything tastes delicious and not expensive at all!

Staff at this store is brilliant, very friendly and helpful.
I wanted to buy a gift for my partner for fathers day (Reusable coffee cup) and they didn't have it in store at that moment.
I don't have a car and live far from this store, but I came specially to get this for him.
The went extra mile to meet my needs and provided an amazing solution. I was surprised and felt so special!

Excellent range of produces with reasonable prices and fantastic service. Bring your own reusable containers and paper bags or use those provided in store. Make sure that you check out the reusable straws, wooden bowls and cutlery and eco-friendly, bulk cleaning products while you are there!

0 waste for the win. These guys have great quality ingredients, it’s really cheap, they’re friendly, and the honey is to die for

The shop assistant was very professional and helpful; their prices are very reasonable; the store openly advertises waste-free living and encourages customers to re-use plastics. A wide variety of items, from snacks through to shampoo and conditioner, in a very comfortable and inviting store. A good loyalty program (5% discount on purchases immediately after your first shop) to boot. Will visit again.

Great place to shop for bulk foods, very neat, clean and well presented bins filled with produce. The staff were very helpful, what a great example of how a business should be run.
