The Snazzy Cafe and Kebabs

We had the absolute worst service of any food outlet Geraldton at your shop this evening.

We were just starting to order and the young girl who was taking our order turned and started chatting to another colleague, completely ignoring us.

You need to take a good hard look at yourselves and your customer service.

The last time we ordered at Smokin Grill (the burger place next door, same owners) we also also had issues with rude staff and a wrong order.

Completely incompetent staff and horrible customer service.

We had a big order for 15, and when they forgot to make 1 dairy free they made another no complaints. It was really delicious and spicy!

They cook good kebabs, reasonably priced, polite hosts, though seem bit understaffed as you can see the struggle and confusion in fulfilling the orders in normal traffic. They probably need to sit together have an operations meeting to delegate responsibilities clearly and figure out ways to fast delivery, Just a suggestion. Best of luck!

Town was packed. It was WED night with no room in any bars or restaurants. Went to the Turkish kitchen which seems closed permanently. Probably because this place is open. Fantastic staff and efficient service. Lovely fresh food and a great variety on the menu, even for a kebab shop. Highly recommend and will come here next time I’m in Geraldton for sure. Not really an Insta worthy kebab pic but it was delicious. Most impressed that you actually had tabouli available

Terrible experience just tried to order a chicken kebab (without the pita bread) normally $12. The lovely employee said no worries tried to explain it to the owner she would do it for $10 and the owner refused me. We also ordered for the family. Embarrassing for her gorgeous accommodating employee and myself not good english is no excuse She didn't even try to be flexible or acknowledge my order. Rude and arrogant is what everyone agreed waiting in the store. Hospitality failure.

Once was the best place in geraldton but from the cold wet chips to the delivery driver arguing the point they forgot drinks very un professional and the quality of food has gone down hill big time.what a shame

Total of 29 chips for $6! What a rip-off! Neither staff or manager could care less. Poor service.

I am very disappointed with the treatment form the staff as I was paying I handed a $20 note, $5 note and a $2 coin my total for my food was $26.00 I was standing there expecting to receive my change when the lady who was serving me left and begun serving someone else. I stood there waiting for my $1 change when another lady asks me what I need. I said I am waiting for my change, she asked what money I gave and I said a $20 note, $5 note and a $2 coin the lady then rudely said “no, no change” and walked away. I had to leave the establishment without my change. Highly disgusted in the service.

5 stars for the genius who came up with putting potato gems on a vegetarian kebab! Delicious, big and filling - will be back. Friendly staff.

Best kebabs ever. Definitely not shy on filling & tastes absolutely delicious! Staff was very friendly and just all round great service provided

After an already horrible service experience and over priced meals. We were stunned to find this attached to one of my chips (been removed for photo purposes) this short hair didn't match any of us long haired blokes trying to enjoy a meal on a Sunday night. The boxes were falling apart due to the way they had been packed, one box completely squished and had to be surgically moved onto a plate as the "meal" was falling all over the floor. So many fails in one night, a comedy of errors from this establishment but I wasn't laughing. Not ordering again you've lost 7 customers in one shot.

Very hit and miss. When the food is right and fresh, it's amazing; however, it's becoming a risky roll of the dice as to whether you get the right order, let alone a fresh order. Not sure why it's changed so much recently.

Tried the vegan option. Super impressed by the care taken to avoid contamination. Great tasting, salad still had crunch. Will be back.

Visited on a Sunday evening. Food was nice, but staff didn't seem to know what they were doing and were disorganised when taking and preparing the order. No gluten free options on the menu, and what was available was sub standard for the price being asked. Outdoor tables were not wiped and very dusty.
Not impressed at all

Went to The Snazzy Cafe on Thursday night after it was recommended by several people. Looked at the menu board and a picture of nachos on a plate caught my eye so I placed an order of chicken nachos, all downhill from there. Had to explain my order several times, couldn't get anyone to serve me and no one knew how much to charge. When the meal finally arrived it was in a cardboard box, a complete mish mash of various things and topped with large pieces of parsley. The nacho sauce consisted mainly of chunks of canned tomatoes with no real flavour in the meal. If this excited Geraldton locals, they are easily satisfied. Extremely disappointed, won't be going back.

For Geraldton standards and it's definitely an affordable quick kebab shop.

Meat: flavour good, but dry
Salad: really fresh!
Sauce: generous amount.

Definitely will fill you up as I've been struggling to find a meal under $18 to fill you up.

If it's the older fella serving you than great, chips overfill the cup. BUT if it's the young short dark skinned bloke AVOID! He'll give you kids size serving for some reason.

Today I had the chicken nachos and they were amazing! Huge serving too. Me and hubby shared and struggled to get through it all.

Delicious Food. Had a chicken meatbox large with sourcream and satay. Portion was incredible i could barely eat it all haha.

After the changes to management the store has lost some of its taste, but it's an alright spot for kebabs after a night of drinking.

A nice cool place tucked away just shy from the foreshore. We had kebabs here and were not disappointed. What I enjoyed the most was the ability to get the kebabs here and eat them at the foreshore. As far as I know this is the only kebab shop in the vicinity. Friendly staff too.
