Responded to their advertisements for new sponsors, found them very difficult to deal with. 3 emails and 2 phone calls later still nothing.very poor customer service. I've never come across someone so hard to give money to. Sad really as there are so many in need kids, yet this mob don't follow through.

+ Volunteering programs very well organised
- Awareness raisers at Cockburn are just really weird. I don't think they completely understand what their objectives and goals are, and completely derail from their primary cause, only demanding money off people.
I enjoy the volunteering program I'm a part of but the awareness raisers require an overhaul on their training.
