7Ian at Shelford was very helpful with my enquiries. Although he couldn't help me within the area I wanted to build, he still offered some good advice and a friendly welcome.
Why would you trust them to build you a house they can't even do a Real Estate listing correctly. (They do listing as "Established" houses when clearly they are not.
We have had a great experience with Shelford homes so far, we have made so many changes and they have helped us along the way to achieve the home we want with what we can afford,
The quality of build is exceptional. Yes we had a couple of items to address at handover but this is where you see if your builder is a good one. Shelford have gone beyond our expectations and we are pretty fussy people! From initial consultations with Clayton, to Amy who helped us with getting everything together in preparation to build, right through to Bob who was our building supervisor, everything has been taken care of to the highest degree. We built during COVID19 and we went a couple of weeks over what was originally indicated was the potential build time. A very customer focused builder.
Our first home was build with confidence.
