Absolute waste of money, hype and talk about no follow up! This so called “exclusive” product, never worked for my skin, if anything I had to call them, leave messages, asking for help- where they mentioned, we’ll have someone call you back… whatever! For fair skin, it probably works a little, but for brown / darker skin, stay away! Dont waste your money, find a good dermatologist, that’s what I did, and I had better results in a specialised treatment. To pay heaps of money, where you’re not even chatting or having a consultation? Don’t waste your time or energy!

I am happy with the product it does what it says but I was shocked this morning when I ran out of product after only purchasing 3 months ago as the product usually lasts about 6 months and I can justify the price. I only just realised the product from January this year is double the size! 100gm made in January and only 50gm made in August this year for the exact same price. I understand inflation is causing price increases but 50% less for the same price seems a little steep in my opinion.

I wanted to treat the malasma under my eyes and in general brighten my skin. I am so happy with the results. My melasma is definitely lighter and my skin looks healthy. Thank you for a wonderful experience from the skin quiz, placing orders, collecting at the pharamcy and using the product for 5 months now!

Love the simplicity of using The Secrets creams and serums. You don’t have to think and get all the good actives.

Looking forward to the next step in the journey - still room for improvement. Absolutely love your product even thought i need to save to purchase. Such a huge but great investment for me at my age of life.
