Best staff ever! I had to get some meat for a birthday dinner. Even though what I needed wasn't in the case, they had it. I just asked and they made it happen. The young lady that helped me this morning was so kind and knowledgeable. Thank you!

I tried the chilli cheese sausage roll at the butchers today for the first time, it was a great eat the pastry was nice and crispy, the meat was juicy and tender and it was fairly spicy however the only downside would be the ratio of chilli to cheese. There is a fair amount of chilli and beef in it making it a very nice meal except for the chilli cheese having basically no cheese in it, it was as I said very full of chilli and meat but for a roll marketed as chilli cheese there was almost none of the later. Besides that the customer service was impeccable and they were absolutely lovely thank you to the young man who asked me about my day and how it had been, and to the two young ladies who sorted my dogs meat and the sausage roll, impeccable service lovely workers a overall amazing butchers.

I asked the butcher, are those beef grass feed. They said all of them grass feed. And I asked where is the prove, they can't show me the prove. I don't think ill go back there anymore unless there's a sign saying the beef are grass feed.

I talked my wife into trying this place. After a mate told me to try their meat packs. So we get the $200 pack due to 5 ppl in the house. The meat has tasted fine better than the Supermarkets. The first pack was great the second one was not. The roast was only 1kg way to small. Ppl buy this must have lots of ppl you would think. The size of the cuts was too big so didn't get many. They forgot a bag of meat and Misses had to convince the kid to go look. She came home mad af. I'll be lucky if I can get her to go back a bit of a shame. It was nice meat. Out of my two times.

We picked up our $50 pack yesterday which we ordered by phone, when opening the pack at home we noted no T-bone steak, but we did receive delightful surprise of off cut near rotten meat. Check your order people before you leave the shop.for those accepting home delivery please check your order on arrival. I reviewed my order on Facebook with photos and they quickly deleted their advertisement which had my review on it.

Pick up some homemade sausages for a bbq they taste amazing and will be going back for more. If your looking for friendly service with a smile secret harbour butchers is the place to go for your snags and top quality meats. Highly recommend.

Good selection of meat and pre-made and marinaded meat for a great price. I buy just for myself but can get enough meat for 4-5 meals for $15 easy.

Seems pretty clear they've shut down and aren't admitting it. Website is "down for maintenance", Facebook page is a broken link, and while they are supposed to be open today according to their times, the shop is deserted. Nothing left, not even the measuring tools

How could you go past this place and not want to buy from them. The prices are very good but the flavour and quality is amazing

Check when you buy snags the kilo we got the snags were not tied
at each end when we got home all the snags were oozing of
meat at each end rang the boss but got no satisfaction?
