The Sebel Busselton reviews
50 We loved our 7 day stay
Handy to lots of sightseeing, vineyards, restaurants and beaches
Would stay again
We have visited you a few times now, and always been very pleased.

The Sebel Bussleton is in a good location if you want to explore Bussleton and the surrounding region. The exterior of the hotel presents well and the staff are friendly. Unfortunately, however, the rooms are dated and grimy - they could benefit from a good scrub. We stayed in a 3 bedroom villa. Each unit is privately owned under a strata arrangement and the complex is managed by Accor Group, so the units do differ slightly. Unfortunately, our villa appeared to be furnished from the last verge collection using a piecemeal collection of stuff. The fake flowers covered in dust, the clock that didn't work and the dirty black grout throughout, coupled with fluorescent lighting and little natural light, made the villa feel unclean and oppressive. The kitchen cupboards were sticky and the horizontal blinds and louvres could use a good dust. The grout could also use a good steam clean throughout. The Webber bbq was also greasy. As a result, we weren't able to get comfortable and we really struggled to enjoy our stay.
Great location, walk to the beach. Fantastic for families. Swimming pools and games rooms. Close to town.
Room 45 was great. The facility as a whole was very good. Plenty of things to do- Swimming including a heated pool, tennis, table tennis etc.
Great service, rooms are reasonably priced very clean and very well maintained. I will book again next time we visit.
We loved our stay here! Kids absolutely loved the facilities. I had organised to do lots of activities whilst down in Busselton area.but the kids just wanted to stay at the hotel. Great games room and 2 pools, indoor pool is * heated* (a lot warmer than the outside one). Loved that we were so close to the beach, a quick two minute walk through the resort! Although no restaurant or bar, there is tonic by the bay just a short walk next door that offers discount if you show your key card:) Staff were friendly and the the apartment was clean and comfortable! We hope to be back!
Great experience, very clean and modern, caters for all ages, groundsmen do a great job maintaining property.
Great place to stay 5 mins drive from CBD but can hire bikes and ride to the Busselton. Good facilities and staff very helpful.
It was OK the room had a musty smell when we arrived but airing the room out for half an hour resolved this, One of the rooms either side of us has some very noisy people in it they ran the spa late at night (despite a sign asking not to) had the tv on loudly and various other noises in the night which either woke me up (or my hubby) or made it hard to get back to sleep
The bed was comfortable (and huge) probably wouldn't stay here again.
Also be aware that some of the studio apartments are near the main road but the road noise isn't an issue as the double glazing is very good, however the walls between the rooms.not so much
Another great trip staying at Sebel Busselton. Nothing is ever a hassle for the staff. Even when we saw them dealing with an unreasonable customer, they stayed polite and level headed. People please be kind to (everyone really!) staff who are just doing their job to keep customers safe during these covid times. No need to be aggressive & rude. If you don't like the covid regulations- stay home!
Again, thanks for a great stay Sebel Busselton
All ways great staying here, close too everything, there is plenty to do for the kids,
Not happy about all the ducks in the main pool though, doesnt help when some guests are feeding them, units are always clean.
Fantastic place to stay, friendly staff, clean rooms and beautiful pool area. Quick walk/access to the beach, not to far from town. Will definitely stay again.
Great for the kids, wonderful pool set up, indoor and outdoor pools. Great location, apartment was also very nice. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Pros: Lovely accommodation and location.
Cons: One parking bay per unit
Poor maintenance of units, but quickly repaired when office notified.
Very chill, all the thing you would want for all ages. Would not need to leave if the surrounding area wasnt also so nice.
Nice place to stay its a little home away from home and the beach super close so great for the kids.
Take some fruit with you and at night cut it up and put it on the ground and possoms will come out of the trees and eat it pretty cool to see.
Always worth a stay at The Sebel Busselton. Friendly staff, great facilities and backs onto the beach with easy but secure access
Large room, quite and comfortable. Pool was cold brrrr. The recommended cafe near the beach for dinner was dissappointing. Not a lot of choice especially for vegetarians pretty expensive as well. Cafe D Amore just down the road was great.
A very nice place to stay in Busselton. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable and were more than happy to help assist us with any questions we had. Check in and out were efficient and house keeping was appreciated. It is located next to the beach, making some incredible sunsets by the beach. Would highly recommend staying here!
