I found "home" when I found this store. Amazing customer service, amazing products, amazing all round - I cannot wait until we head to Perth next so I can actually pop in and shop in store! (Shopping online is super quick for me, I live in WA so post is mega quick!)

I rang with a LOT of questions. I'm a talker/rambler also and the woman on the phone was very patient and helped with the products I needed. I placed my order online at about 2pm and was relieved that it was shipped same day (so rare these days). I didn't shop around so I can't comment on prices, but after all the help I got I wanted to make sure they got my $$. I would buy from again.

Absolutely my favourite Scrapbook Store in Perth. Staff are friendly, prices are reasonable and the range is incredible. Love it.

What a treasure trove of goodies. Some much variety in the one place and all reasonably priced. Added bonus us they also run workshops

Got quite a lot of stuff in there. Only downside is the products are not priced, Which in a place like that can be quite lethal. Also they were having problems with pricing on their website which meant I ended up paying about $30 extra.

Best scrapbook store - great range good prices and BEST service ever I can not thank them enough or recommend more highly.

The ladies in the store are so very helpful, I have placed many orders, which are all packed very well, and any time that I have had a problem with a product I am using, they are only to happy to help me work out how to use it. I live in Queensland but am always happy to order from Suzanne and her team.

Brilliant little hidden treasure of crafty goods! I could have one of everything in there! It's so handy picking up that item on the day I need it, rather than waiting for postage from an online store too - thanks guys!

Love this store. They have a great range of stamps, dies and mixed media materials. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The online store is excellent. I like to place my order online and then pick-up in store- so I can have an extra look around but be assured that what I need is there waiting for me.
Offstreet parking is available behind the store.

The ladies made myself and my friend feel very unwelcome and were just rude when we tried to just let them know that there was an issue with thier website.
We went in wanting to purchase something and as the website was not allowing us to use the promo code for our first purchase we thought we would go visit and check the place out and at least let them know of the issue.not expecting anything at all or the discount as we were in store but when we mentioned it we were instantly accused of not having an account on thier site (which we did) and that's why it didn't work.no "oh sorry for that" or even a "that is a shame we will look into it" we were just met with harsh tones and a dismissive personality.
We still purchased our items (over $100 worth of stock) and left feeling horrid.
We will never be purchasing in store again and only ever purchasing online if they are the only store in Perth with what we need.

Love this store! The Ladies are lovely and so helpful, but you have to ask for it, otherwise you are left to browse. The new premises are gorgeous. Worth the visit if it is not local too you. More for stamps and dies, not so much for different types of paper apart from that for scrapbooking, and they have a great selection for that (I'm not a scrapbooker, am a card making person) so if you are looking for varying and different types of papers this is not it. Stamps, pads, and dies, pens, heaps of pads and packs of scrapbooking type paper, washi tape, cut outs, all sorts of various accoutriments? Awesome.

The store had almost everything you could need to scrapbook. Lovely to see this store still around as a lot of scrapbook stores have closed down. Got the paper we needed to get the job done and some acid free glue rollers.

A fantastic selection of card-making supplies, scrapbooking materials, art journal goods and many other quality art and craft products.

Fabulous staff! This place is a treasure trove of wonderful things. Pricing is reasonable. Lock up your credit card because the temptation to indulge is overwhelming

I was about to make an order online and had a couple of queries. I emailed and was answered very quickly. I ordered and was very happy with the packing and speed of delivery - 2 days I think.
