The Salty Dog Beach cafe

I’d love to love this place as it looks trendy and advertising looked delicious, menu looked good with GF banana bread on it which they didn’t have, the smoothies were mostly milk nothing in it was frozen and the açai bowl was so runny I couldn’t eat it with a spoon and had to drink it. Also no napkins at all to mop up the mess from all the runny drinks. Biggest waste of $36

Always enjoy getting drink from here. The chai and honey lemon ice tea are great.

Gorgeous little coffee van run by an incredibly wholesome and passionate johnny. Have tried the chicken panini, toasties, crossaints and acai, still yet to try the breaky wrap but can honestly say this is one local food vendor I'm so happy to give my money too almost every morning. Every single food item, coffee, smoothie and juice has been fresh perfection. Thankful he takes so much pride in his van as it shines through the select menu items and beverages. Johnny is such a delightful individual which makes the experience 10x better. You can sit and eat at the few tables put out or take your breaky down the beach for a stroll with all the doggos. Perfect way to start the day!

First time customer. Excellent customer service by the lady at the till this morning (02/04/2023) and a well made coffee by the gentleman on the machine. It’s card only and has dog treats which is always a win. Public toilets and BBQ area with a small exercise area within a short walking distance.

What a lovely place. Very friendly staffs and wonderful coffee ️. Thank you Johnny for an exceptional Breakfast and drinks. Definitely coming back next time.

It’s a bit pricey but quite convenient where it is. Coffee was a bit weak, but customer service was lovely.

Best of all is The Salty Dog Beach Cafe everyone is special. Great food, great conversation if you want. Friendly staff Free doggy treats for man’s best friends. If I lived closer it would definitely be my morning go to place. Great place. Love it. Highly recommend!

Friendly owner, was expecting atleast toasties rather than just bagels and cake but nothing else around so cant complain. Price is a tad high, free dog treats with purchase. (This was before new owners took over. Will go again and give an updates review.)

New fave hang out with my dogs and toddler on weekdays as well as weekends - it’s great for healthy options and food intolerances - I love the iced matcha, the healthy icy poles plus the raw treats. My daughter loves the park right next to it and the dogs of course love the beach

They use Micrology coffee which IMO is one of the best roasters in Perth right now.

It’s a great place for convenience with kids and dogs. It’s been a while since we had a good coffee though, can’t fault the staff for their friendly welcoming manner and they are certainly efficient, but the coffees have been under the weather for a few visits now.

Beautiful location near the beach, bubbly, efficient staff who make delicious coffee! Plenty of gluten free/ dairy free/ refined sugar free/ vegan options and yummy bagels, banana bread, cinnamon scrolls + more. All products support local small businesses too what’s not to love
