The Saltwater Fish Bar

Been going to another place for our fish n chips but recently has gone down hill. So decided to try here based on the reviews. 100% better. Fish was actually fish and nicely cooked, not over salted and a good size. The chips were also chips, not little offcuts that were over cooked.
The young man who took my phone order was polite and the phone didn't ring fir ages. My order was ready and waiting on time.

The food is well cooked and we'll portioned. Unfortunately two out of my last four orders were missing stuff.

Food is fantastic, its well priced too, and to top it off the staff are super friendly. Only discovered this place a few months ago and its my go to.every time. Highly recommend

Value for money. Quantity and quality was great until I pulled a long strand of hair out of my burger. Then I never went back. Sad but true.

Don't order through uber eats as since uber takes there percentage this joint basicly doesn't give you as much chips, ordered 16 dollars worth of chips and wasn't even enough for 4 adults, spoke with management and got told if you came in store it would of only cost 7 dollars for my amount of chips I received. Honestly would of thought they would just jack the price up instead of removing amount of food supplied to keep up profit margins

Best fish and chips around. Super crispy and tasty. Pineapple fritters are the bomb, very lightly dusted in cinnamon. And the curry sauce is the best we’ve ever had!

Hands down the best fish and chips in byford, no doubt. Treated myself and my family last night. Great service and friendly staff AND the food itself is absolutely delicious. Definitely coming back!

Outstanding fish and chip, lovely curry, to die for mushy peas and killer onion rings, wouldn't go anywhere else.

Used to be good now their portions are tiny for 10 bucks its around a chicken treat medium chips

Bought fish and chip tonight and have to say it is the worst we have had. The Barra was a good size, the Shark was almost non existant. The chips were end's and not nice. Have been buying from Saltwater Fish Bar for quite some time, not sure if I will be back.

Beautiful Fish and Chips! The shop is clean and service is fast. Grilled Fish was very tasty. Highly recommend.

Just got 2 hamburgers fish and scallops worst hamburgers ever they were all mushy and cold way too much grease on fish and scallops

Beautiful fish and chips with a delicious batter and fair portions. You get two pieces of fish so perfect if two of you and you dont want too much. The gravy is also delicous. The pricing makes it an affordable meal for our family on a regular basis.

Best fish and chips we have ever eaten. Generous servings, beautiful batter and great price. The shop is ran like a well oiled machine with local children - old school ways. Highly Recommend.
